“I do not normally post reviews, but after dealing with Fred Yorloff I simply must . From the first day we felt extremely comfortable with him and he walked us through the entire process and answered each and every question and at no time did we feel the salesmanship pressure. once the actual roofing started Fred was there every step of the way to make sure everything was done to his high standards. He also went out of his way and refered us to a painting contractor and Gutter people which we also used and with great satisfication on our part. He corordinated the entire project and everything was done seamlessly. Needless to say we are extremely happy with the end results and at the end of the job his professional crews made sure there was absolutely no evidence left laying around to suggest that the roof was just replaced. CRS's bid package was the most complete with full project descriptions, milestones and pricing breakdowns. Their project manager came to our home several times and fully inspected our roof prior to submitting their bid. They were attentive to our specific concerns and provided reasonable economical solutions to bringing our roof up to current code requirements. Although the other companies we considered seemed knowledgeable, The CRS project manager was able to thoroughly explain every aspect of our reroof project process and procedures. They satisfactorily answered all of our questions. The CRS work crew were professional and respected out property. “Altec Roofing gets an A+++++ rating from me. I noticed a water spot on the ceiling of my kitchen. An Altec representative said the caulking on the 2nd story window above the water spot was old, cracked and allowing water intrusion at the window. This water intrusion was causing the water spot in the kitchen ceiling which is directly below the 2nd story window. Altec Roofing did not charge me anything.2 other companies looked at the issue and both said I needed work on my roof. Both companies quoted me in the range of $3k to fix the problem. One of the 2 companies did not even get on the roof. Instead he looked at the roof from the ground and made his estimate.I will now have a painting contractor caulk all of my windows for a lot less than $3k.It pays to do business with a company like Altec Roofing that knows what needs to be done to correct a problem.Service: Roof inspection“

“I have worked with 3 guys roofing on many different roofing projects. Being a property manager- you need to have good companies working with you on your properties, Great customer service. They always go the extra mile and here is a good example. Shawn Wolfe the owner handled a complaint for a building I manage. The roof was completed two years ago, and she thought there was a leak coming from the roof. He went out that same day and found that her AC drain line was backed up causing the leak, you can't go wrong using 3 guys roofing.“

“Just had our roof replaced by Mendieta Roofing and we are very pleased with the outcome. We were in fact one of the customers whose check was taken and cashed fraudulently by Mario's former employee (a situation previous reviews refer to). It made us very nervous when he informed us of what happened but he assured us everything would be fine, that he was handling with the authorities. And that's exactly what happened. As soon as the permit was approved, the work was started and completed in less than a week. The workers were extremely respectful of our property. Covering our landscaping and leaving the property as clean as it was when they got there. Mario was always prompt to respond to texts and never hounded us for money.
