Unbelievably wonderful!! Thank you for the amazing care you gave Oliver this past week. We live in Italy and had to send our cat to the states with a friend for surgery. We read all the positive reviews praying they were correct!!! Yes, the staff was so incredible with Oliver, that when my son picked him up he couldn’t believe how calm and sweet Oliver was. Everytime we called or emailed to check on him, they were very prompt with updates. Very reasonable costs as well!! He is home doing great!! Thank you so much for your work and your care for our animals!!!
I have to say, this is one of the best ear crops Ive seen. I’ve had a few other dogs done but never by this Vet. Super impressive. We travelled from over 2 hours away and the Vet put us first and had us out pretty quickly. Sent home with pain meds, antibiotics and a cone. Right after surgery I asked about stints/taping and the dr said to hold off. He likes to wait 2 weeks after surgery for that and boy was he right. We used ZERO tape or stints. All my other dogs were taped with stints. And as you can see in the pics we got a taller style. Trust the process. Immediately after surgery they looked hacked.
