Akeem James technician came to my home today and he was absolutely amazing. I hope he doesn't mind that I used his name. He was professional knowledgeable, efficient And kind. Great experience with Turner Pest Control!
From the moment I called about an ant and possible roach issue, everyone was helpful and easy to work with. Our technician, Justin, took the time to explain what was going on and educate me on the treatment, which made me feel really confident in the solution. Pricing was fair, and I really appreciate that they follow up a few weeks later to make sure everything is working. Definitely recommend!
Giovany showed up and so eloquently walked me through the process of protecting the home. He had a mentor, Mark, who was an encyclopedia of information as well. I feel not only safe from termites, I feel educated and have the safety with a company I trust. These two were stellar in representing a respectable and committed company.
