I am so blessed to have found Ibis Animal Hospital, they are so caring towards my dog Winston, and myself. It is so awesome to be able to ask Dr. Felz questions, and have her actually care enough to educate me on the answers. Kaitlyn the Veterinary Assistant is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Kaitlyn was the first person I spoke to, and she did everything she could to accommodate myself, and my pup the same day. Thank you to the whole teamKindest regards,Matthew & Winston

Dr.Felz and Staff (Kat)were terrific in handling our extremely anxious dog Roscoe !It became impossible for him to receive his necessary vaccinations or trim his claws.My wife and I became desperate for a solution and thank God we found kind, compassionate and the most patient staff at Ibis Animal Hospital. The staff was able to not only provide his much needed vaccinations, but trim his claws. I highly recommend them if you’re having any issues or behavior problems with your dog. Thank you Dr. Felz and Kat for taking such great care of our dog, Roscoe.!!!

I am new to the West Palm Beach area and was happy to find Ibis Animal Hospital for my 2 dogs. It starts with the very competent Jeff the Hospital Manager who is very happy to answer all your questions. And Dtr Felz is a wonderful Vet and very patient and informative when she calls you after a procedure. Would highly recommend this practice.
