Joe constantly updated me with calls and texts. He got sample tiles sent to my home very quickly to help me decide on the color. Any time I called or texted Joe he responded right away. That is so rare! Christine sent me emails with invoices and updates. She was always on top of everything and very polite. The crew that installed our roof was great. They were always on time, they worked really hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. That was super! All of our city inspections passed and the entire process went very smoothly.
