“We used Rain Gutter Systems for a full gutter installation at our commercial property, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
John, the owner, was personally involved throughout the process. He was the one answering the phone, discussing the project with me, coming out to review the property, and making sure everything was handled correctly. That level of owner involvement really stood out.
He was also the first and only contractor I spoke with who actually asked what type of gutter system we wanted. I didn’t realize there were different options. While most companies simply quoted the same 7-inch K-style gutters, John took the time to explain other choices, including box gutters, sent pictures, discussed color options, and helped me understand what would work best for the building.
He also brought his brother out to take detailed measurements and worked up a very thorough sketch showing the gutter runs and downspout locations. I appreciated that there was real thought put into the drainage layout rather than just a quick estimate.
We were also in a bind during our roof replacement when heavy rain created a drainage issue before the new gutters were installed. I contacted John over the weekend, and within a couple of hours he had a temporary solution in place. That kind of responsiveness is hard to find.
The final installation came out great. The crew was on time, efficient, thorough, and the work looks very clean. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and John was always easy to reach and on top of everything.
If you are looking for seamless gutters, 7-inch K-style gutters, commercial gutters, or box gutters in Palm Beach County, I would absolutely recommend Rain Gutter Systems. Great service, great communication, and great work.”
