The moment I arrived on site, I told them what issues I had with my PC, which involved an overheated CPU, but I did not know about this until Tom provided me with a free diagnostic test on my PC and a full breakdown of my options once they figured out my issue. They provided quick servicing of my CPU, which only took an hour to switch out my dead CPU, test the new hardware, and they even tuned and cleaned my PC at no expense!
