“My dad had a new water heater installed by a Home Depot contractor. Once all was installed, the plumbing company told him his breaker was not the correct amperage to pass permitting/inspection (if I’m saying this correctly) and that they’d charge an additional fee to replace it…not ideal but it needed to be done. The company then backtracked and refused to do it. Enter Mark from Go Electric, who immediately sent someone out to resolve the issue at my father’s house. He is an elderly veteran who appreciates working with companies that keep their word and are intelligible - which is the service he said he received from Mark and his team.
