My experience with this company was magnificent. I just want to say that their attention to detail is unmatched. I left an ink pen laying on my white Restoration Hardware couch overnight and was horrified the next morning to find the pen had leaked and seeped into a large dark circle! I called Harbor Tile & Cleaning and one of the owners calmly had me photograph the situation and then made an appointment for that day. Long story short: they worked very hard and the couch is like new! And later they called to check in to see if we were content with the results. Both their work and their customer service are top notch! We highly recommend them.
This company deserves 100 stars. They did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our porcelain tile floors. The technicians were highly professional and courteous and took great care. They even brought a gift for our small dog.
