The project began during Covid and had to comply with building work rules which limited construction to the summer months. As a result, the project spanned two summers, but Steve and team were able to split the work into two stages, allowing us to enjoy the apartment during the intervening winter. With the installation of custom molding throughout and special touches including a fireplace, the work was extensive, the the end result is spectacular.“

“Delta MG designed and remodeled the entirety of my house in 2020. They re-tiled all the floors, remodeled the kitchen, a bathroom, laundry, added sliding storm doors, windows, front door, solid core doors ,baseboards, casings, lighting, rewiring etc. Their website includes photos of that remodel. I still receive compliments on the craftsmanship and design and everything is still intact save normal wear and tear.Most recently, after venturing the house upgrades to the outside, finding a pool contractor etc , I once again contacted Delta MG in the hopes they could help or guide the terribly unsatisfactory service and work that had engulfed us.They went over and beyond to help and guide us.What sets Delta MG apart from everyone else , I believe , is their pride in craftsmanship , cleanliness, hard working employees (instilled with the two owner’s same pride in practices and policies), and thus, phenomenal customer service. “Altec Roofing gets an A+++++ rating from me. I noticed a water spot on the ceiling of my kitchen. An Altec representative said the caulking on the 2nd story window above the water spot was old, cracked and allowing water intrusion at the window. This water intrusion was causing the water spot in the kitchen ceiling which is directly below the 2nd story window. Altec Roofing did not charge me anything.2 other companies looked at the issue and both said I needed work on my roof. Both companies quoted me in the range of $3k to fix the problem. One of the 2 companies did not even get on the roof. Instead he looked at the roof from the ground and made his estimate.I will now have a painting contractor caulk all of my windows for a lot less than $3k.It pays to do business with a company like Altec Roofing that knows what needs to be done to correct a problem.Service: Roof inspection“

“The Rockwood installation team did a fantastic job installing new carpet on our stairs and the entire upstairs. They were very friendly, neat and efficient in the removal of the old carpet, which they carted away, and the installation of the new carpet. They could not have been nicer in moving the heavy furniture out of the way and moving it back into the correct position afterwards. I had dreaded moving all of our furniture and the straightening things out after they were done but that wasn't necessary thanks to their thoughtfulness.
