“I’ve been meaning to write this review for months and passed by there today and thought about it but I wasn’t even there for myself I was there with my friend who loss her son and I must say the service was impeccable and the cleanliness and appearance of the place was on point. I remember when this was old Coleman’s and they have done extensive work especially on the inside. I didn’t know about them but this is seriously a hidden gem. Their cars were top of the line. They made sure we knew they owned their cars. I can’t wait to see the motorcycle hearse or something like that in person but she ended up going with the Rolls Royce (I think that’s the name hearse) but the guy did tell me it’s the only one in South Florida and there aren’t many in Florida at all.“

“How kind and truly caring Paul and Ashley were to help me gently through the loss of my beloved mother. I couldn’t ask for more. No sales pitch. Just a lovely couple that truly care about your feelings and loss and want to help ease your pain. I thank them so much for getting me through such a difficult time and taking care of every single detail with such efficiency and expertise. My dad was also taken care of at this wonderful facility seven years earlier with the same compassion and kindness.. With Paul and Ashley it’s not about the money, it’s about helping and caring. I will never forget them. There are many places that are closer to my WPB residence, but if I could send them all my neighbors and friends when in need, I surely would. I do want to add that the way I originally found Northwood is that my dad was a veteran and the caring folks at the hospice unit at the VA hospital here in West Palm Beach recommended Northwood to me and could not have spoken more highly of Northwood.
