356 El Camino Real, San Bruno“I attended DanceVibes classes for about a year before moving out of California. DanceVibes gave me confidence, an outlet, new skills, a routine, and community. Jamie's a fun, sassy, and inclusive instructor. Melissa and the guest speakers they had were also great. You can tell how much they love their program by the themed classes they hosted, parade they participated in and how they adapted to COVID/remote classes. Take a class if you can!“
“Beautiful gathering and talented people! I enjoyed my soothing chanting experience with yummy vegetarian dinner!!“

245 Columbus Ave, San Francisco“My experience at Sisters in Motion was excellent! I really appreciated Jennie's guidance and care throughout my orientation class. She is graceful, powerful, patient, and encouraging. I also loved all the language around expanding, taking up space, and touching our bodies as we moved. Their focus on female empowerment through movement and community is so vital.“
“Monica's skin treatments are sublime. She's clearly passionate about her work, and possesses an impressively encyclopedic knowledge of the botanical components used throughout the process. Just last night, she treated me to an Ecuadorian clay mask, hemp oil massage and deliciously scented Madagascar vanilla aromatherapy. I've never had the same treatment twice, as she customizes the experience according to my mood, and mixes custom oils and lotions on the spot. I always leave Monica's treatment room refreshed and glowing, and inevitably fall into a beautiful deep slumber once I arrive home.“

1615 Oceana Blvd, Pacifica“This is my favorite yoga studio. I have been going here since before Covid-19, and the studio still has maintained the same relaxing and healing atmosphere. Fatima and Jen are my go-to instructors, but any class you take will give you the workout you didn't know you needed. Love it here and will always keep coming back for more yoga sessions!“

7AM - 9PM
1694 Union St, San Francisco“The Pad is a great studio! I like it because it is close to my house, parking is relatively easy and they offer many different classes everyday. I feel like post-covid, many yoga studios only offer a couple of classes a day and I appreciate having more options. It is a very calm and relaxing environment and folks of all levels are welcomed and challenged. The teachers range from very good to really freakin' awesome - there are a couple who clearly know their stuff and have a lot of experience to share.“

3150 18th St #528, San Francisco“Wendell was incredibly knowledgeable and I got so much out of a single session with him. “The Mats is a cozy little yoga studio that has become my escape for self-care. The studio space itself is a little small but I love how intimate the classes are! They provide quality yoga mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters so you can focus on your flow if you're new and don't have equipment.I've been attending classes here for a few months now and have found an instructor for every mood. Stephenie's evening classes are perfect when I want a slow, meditative flow. She gently guides us through poses and holds each one long enough for my body to fully sink in. I always leave her class feeling loose and limber.Joann's morning Hatha class is great for de-stressing. The sequences are simple but rejuvenating. We move through meditations and breathing exercises at a leisurely pace. When I want more of a challenge, I go to Josh or Tiffany's Vinyasa classes. They seamlessly flow us through faster-paced flows focused on breath and building up to more advanced arm balances or backbends. Both are so encouraging and help modify poses for all skill levels. I come out of their classes energized and empowered.Overall it's a gem for anyone looking to establish or deepen their yoga practice. I feel lucky to have discovered this oasis in my neighborhood!“
