“Thoughtful, attentive, communicative, just the right amount of pressure and time, I had a deep tissue massage ( the first in over a year) and appreciated how Rebeca discussed my needs and let me know exactly what to expect. She checked in frequently and made sure I was comfortable, hydrated and safe. I definitely released some toxins after. Will be back.“

“I went to Jessie for a Shirodhara session as I was completely mesmerized by the concept and wanted to try it out for it's healing benefits. I must say that she and the practice did not disappoint! I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. Jessie is very kind and thoughtful. She asked if I had any questions and explained the entire process. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Shirodhara is like a warm soothing journey into your deeper being that allows you to drop into a meditative state and rest there so that your body can do the work of healing. I stayed in a tender present state for several hours after the session (like that ooey gooey lovely state! :D) and felt more centered for several days after. I feel that the practice may be beneficial to anyone with hormone imbalances, anxiety, stress, or similarly related issues. It was a wonderful experience. Practicalities: -If you have very thick hair it may take a couple washings to get it back to normal. On the plus side this practice hydrates your hair like nothing else! -Bring a towel with you for after the session so that you don't get oil on your car seat/clothes. -Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little oil on. -Plan on having a free schedule after your session to get the full benefits of this practice. -This is not the best practice if you have any neck pain issues. -Enjoy the magic!“

“Alok was very responsive and scheduled my appt promptly. He squeezed me in for a much needed 90 minute Thai Massage, in preparation for a 3-day tennis tournament. I especially found the stretching along with the soft tissue manipulation very helpful for sports recovery. I appreciate his calm & friendly disposition. I also liked the way he synchronized our breaths during the massage.“

“Every once in a while you meet an actual angel who improves the lives of everyone she touches and leaves blessings in her wake. Dr. Klein is one of those angels. I went to her in excruciating back pain from a herniated disc and desiccating vertebrae as well as difficulties from my c-section scar and the way my body recovered from that c-section about a year prior.At the time, I thought the price for her package of sessions seemed high but I was desperate for help that I had been seeking for about 8 months. Looking back at it now, I'd gladly give her a kidney if she asked for it and promised to work on me afterwards.We did do some back and neck cracking, but we also did a lot of deep tissue release, scar tissue mobilization, stretching, and take-home exercises like you would get at a PT.My back doesn't hurt anymore but I still go back every 4-6 weeks for a "tune up" and I hope she never retires.“

“This place is a true treasure of wisdom. I have been doing moment for 30+ years yoga, tai chi, martial arts. Working as a professional and a teacher for 20 of those years. JinSung was showing me things that are fundamental to movement and alignment that I have never seen or heard of. In three class I have had breakthroughs that I didn’t know where possible on a physical and emotional level with relationship to my body and moment. I would also like to add my friend who has no yoga experience and does not work out loved the class as well. Please do your self a solid and take a beginner level 1-2 class with JinSung and come with an open mind and heart and see what happens.“

“I have attended Ellen's yoga classes for about 10 years. It is the perfect complement to my weight-lifting routine. After working on strength during the week, I always look forward to a stretch on Saturday. There are strength elements as well, but they work on different muscles. The congenial bunch of people is a bonus.“

“I did four sessions of Egoscue with Kim. And first off I rarely meet a practitioner who is as in love with what they do as much as Kim is with this work. And in just a few sessions we made big gains in shifting my posture. She is knowledge ans creative and able to work with her clients to customize "homework" so that it is to your greatest benefit and enjoyment!“

“I have known Ken Breniman for over twelve years; first as a yoga instructor in the Mission District and later at a yoga retreat in Hawaii. I have worked with him as my counselor in person, over the phone and by Skype. I attended a grief and loss workshop of his in Oakland and more recently I have worked with him with sound baths and plant medicine integration counseling. Ken has the unique ability to always make everyone feel welcome and valued, no matter what hat he is wearing at the time. He is a compassionate, nurturing, and caring man with many amazing abilities. I have learned a lot by being around him and I am a much better person for having known and worked with him throughout the years. He is an awesome role model and I highly recommend him as a peaceful spiritual teacher.“

“Incredible. Chanel is a gifted healer. I went for a combined Breathwork & Reiki session and walked out a new person. I've had a lot of anxiety and negative energy built up inside of me over the past month or two and was in a pretty negative space. Chanel helped me shed this negative energy through both breath work and reiki (the breathwork was no easy ride, but it was so necessary). I feel lighter and much more comfortable with myself than I have been in a long time. I'm so grateful for Chanel and her gifts.“
