I absolutely love HAUM, both locations. The community of instructors and people working in the studios are truly gracious and attentive. The classes are excellent!

Great community of practice! Beautiful studio. Teachers are well trained and the pacing is just right; gentle get challenging. Parking is a bit tricky so plan to spend time roaming around for a lucky spot.

I’ve never actually wanted to pay yoga studio prices, but HAUM makes it worth it! I’ve been going to primarily the Haight location for several years now. It is truly YOGA, so it may not be the right place for you if you’re looking to get sore.
My favorite instructors are Jenny, Caitlin, Rosa, and Jacqui. All instructors are really knowledgeable, friendly, and professional - you just have to find the ones that suit you best. Shout out to the front desk and management - they are all awesome too!
