“This place is my favorite studio in the Bay Area. The energy there is so great and all the teachers are quite lovely. They offer a bunch of different types of classes which I really like. They also do sound baths and workshops. Definitely recommend.“

“I love taking yoga classes at Symmetry. The space is big and beautiful and welcoming. Plenty of parking, too. So glad they're offering online classes currently. Anne Gregory's classes are the absolute best!! Simultaneously challenging and restorative.“

“My friend and I had our 1st pilates class together. We were met by the most friendly young ladies I've ever encountered at a gym. There gave such a warm and inviting welcome. We immediately felt as if we were there with a bunch of our girlfriends. We purchased our grip socks and were welcomed into the studio. Very clean and inviting. It was a small group which I appreciate so we all were able to pick the machine we wanted to work on. I was just so excited and I know that ouri instructor could sense our energy so she was just as excited. My friend is a 5'10 so the instructor was adjusting the machines for those who were over 5'5. She was so happy that she wasn't the only tall gal in the class. Class started slow and informative. Roshni walked us through and kept us all on the same pace. It was so fun. You will do the work, but it felt empowering. The one thing I did learn is that in pilates you have to be in tune with your body. You have to be aware of your breathing, movements, and your mind. I needed this reset. We were given the option to purchase memberships along with class schedules and other add ons. My experience was a 10! I'd recommend this location to all first timers. You'll be in good hands. Keep up the great work, ladies.“
