This is the best gym I've been in my entire life! Heberto is so nice and knowledgeable, he takes in consideration everything going on with your body and mind! Truly one of the best trainers and an AMAZING person!

The Space SF is a rare gem of a gym. Its trainers are extremely knowledgeable, serious about movement, and lovely people. It's a place where you can learn a lot, make real gains, and try new things without any weird gym attitude. Heberto sets a friendly tone that's inviting to a range of capacities and levels. And training with Daniel has made me stronger and more flexible and helped me grow in my relationship to movement. Training there has been a great experience.

The Space SF is hands down one of the best gyms and training facilities in the city! The workout space is immaculate, modern, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment that caters to all fitness levels.
The owner is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals no matter your level. The great community vibe, coupled with professional instruction, makes this a must for anyone serious about fitness. A+ Highly recommend!
