“I've been training with Charles for a little under 2 years. He's the first personal trainer I've ever had and it's been a transformative experience. I went from never deadlifting to deadlifting 315lbs, among other milestones.Just trust the process with Charles and you'll be amazed with the results.“

“I've attended their prenatal yoga class throughout my entire pregnancy. Each session not only teaches you how to adapt your practice to your changing body but also imparts valuable coping mechanisms for labor. The instructors bring their unique flow to each class, making every class interesting. It's also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other pregnant women and share experiences. I highly recommend this prenatal class for anyone looking to support their body and feel good throughout pregnancy.“

“I attended DanceVibes classes for about a year before moving out of California. DanceVibes gave me confidence, an outlet, new skills, a routine, and community. Jamie's a fun, sassy, and inclusive instructor. Melissa and the guest speakers they had were also great. You can tell how much they love their program by the themed classes they hosted, parade they participated in and how they adapted to COVID/remote classes. Take a class if you can!“

“I've been to a few places in the San Carlos area for massages and without a doubt Jaire is the best. He seems to know how to apply just the right amount of pressure and find those knots - he even finds ones you didn't even know you had :) He's also a very calming person so it's just a pleasant experience all around. He's located in a day spa so there a nice massage table and soothing music. And another thing I like, unlike other places I've been to - if you feel like talking, he's very nice to talk to, but if you want an hour of silence, he's good with that too. But, most importantly, you can tell he's very experienced in what he does and he takes his work seriously. Definitely recommend!“

“Nice hot yoga studio. The floors feel clean and the instructors are welcoming. It's nice that the yin and gentle yoga are also heated at a comfortable temperature so it helps the muscles relax and get into stretches easier. Will definitely be back for more classes!“

“I visited peacebank yoga today for the first time, and even though I’m not a yoga enthusiast, I was blown away by the class taught by Jen Lo. This was such a meditative practice and her calming words throughout the session, made the 75 minutes melt away. She incorporated chanting and music, which made the class feel all that much more special. I feel so grateful to have the studio near my house and will definitely return to her next class.“

“The quality of the instructors and equipment they use here is top-notch. Many of the teachers are physical therapists, and all have a long history of teaching and practicing Pilates, which really comes through in how they deliver their instructions. I appreciate how focused they are on ensuring each student uses proper form in class and how they teach you to understand the mind-body-breath work connection.“

“Amazing staff and location. Wish list: More parking and larger studio. Better temp and lighting would help with ambiance.“
