248 Sutter St, San Francisco“I love Hot 8 Yoga. They are definitely superb to all the other Hot Yoga studios around. I recently went to core power in Berkeley and I just cannot deal with the fact that the heat is not hot enough and if you are a regular hot hot eight, you know what I'm talking about and I've been a regular too hot for a long time but right now I live in the East Bay so it's hard for me to get into the city as often but I will get back to hot eight otherwise please bring hot eight to Walnut Creek or the East Bay. I promise you you will be so successful on this side but anyway kudos to you guys for running a great business. Oh by the way, the classes are great and the rooms are always super clean and the instructors are great. I've been a member with them for like almost 5 years or more. I recently moved back up from the the LA area in the Woodland Hills location is superb just as much so super good studio. I can't wait to get back into it maybe in the new year and also when I had to pause my My Account account they were so helpful. Thank you so much to whoever is running the show over there. You guys are the best.“
“We absolutely love Amanda & her work. She is so lovely, gracious, compassionate, kind, caring and talented. Her healing sessions always leave us feeling peaceful, calm and supported. I love medium pressure & my other half loves deep tissue. She is excellent at both! A total healer. We couldn’t be more grateful to have her in our orbit & our corner; and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for physical, emotional and/or spiritual support. She’s an angel! ❤️“

She finds such a great balance between deep massage therapy, breathwork, and nurturing touch that leaves you feeling more opened and relaxed. Would recommend Rebecca to anyone who is looking for more peace and expansiveness in their body and surroundings. 11/10“

“Phenomenal yoga studio. I can’t recommend it enough. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Has changed my life.I started yoga 3 months ago for the first time and attended regularly. In my first few weeks Steve and Gary went the extra mile to help me learn the poses and the breathing. I wasn’t able to do the basic poses. My head was full of thoughts and I was distracted and uncomfortable. In just 3 months Steve and Gary took me from 0 to doing the full Ashtanga primary series while relaxed and focused. Besides all of the poses I can now do (lotus, handstand, headstand, and a lot more), I leave each class feeling amazing. My body and mind feel dramatically better all throughout the day. This dramatic improvement would have been impossible without their dedicated guidance and effort.I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience. The music and vibe of the place is also amazing. Thanks so much Gary and Steve!“

All the props are brand new and clean. I like that you don't have to pay $$ to rent mats etc. If you live in the Castro like me, it is definitely worth the hike up the Castro Street hill!“

295 Miller Ave, Mill Valley“Samantha saved me! For over 10 years I've had chronic, sometimes debilitating pain in my achilles tendons due to an adverse reaction to an antibiotic (Cipro). I recently had a severe flare up and was unable to walk more than a block or two. After seeing Samantha for several weeks, my ability to walk improved SIGNIFICANTLY. She got me to the point where I was able to take a trip to Japan (which I had considered cancelling) and fully enjoy our visit, walking almost 20K steps a day. It felt miraculous! I am deeply grateful for her care.
Samantha is a lovely, kind, and attentive practitioner who I wholeheartedly recommend, especially to anyone with a tricky problem.“

“This place is so fantastic you almost don’t mind that you’re recovering / injured / healing. My daughter and I have been regulars at this clinic for almost a year and a half, as she pre-hab’d and re-hab’d from knee surgery and in my case, as I fight to be as fierce as possible to fend off faux knees. The clinic is fun, clean, friendly, welcoming, organized and all the things. But the secret weapon is the combination of personalized care and best-in-class skill of all the therapists there. We’ve worked with many of the Therapists but have also watched / listened to the others since we’ve been there so often. They are all truly exceptional. To be clear, don’t book an appointment here if you just want to put in the requisite weeks some doctor told you you need to be able to check the box. Do go here if you are ready to learn and work and feel and perform your very best.“
