2415 Mission St, San Francisco“my favorite yoga studio in the city! they really have deep respect and understanding of the practice of yoga and the classes are incredibly engaging. i love the hot yoga sessions i feel that the temperature is perfect to get that extra stretch.
my only feedback is i wish the hot box yoga class was a bit more chill and treated as a yoga session and not a workout class. i feel that already the instructor is encouraging us the whole time to push ourselves which is nice but he doesn't give us time to practice mindfulness in silence and try to arrive to mental and physical stillness as he's talking and encouraging us during the entire move. i wish that it was more like the regular tuesday hot yoga where he would give pointers and then let us hold for 10-20 seconds in silence. additionally, i partake during the hot box yoga session and so maybe its a combination of also being high and wishing the atmosphere of the class was more relax as i am more relax myself!“

“Amanda Snow is a game changer. She immediately calmed and helped regulate my nervous system. She gave me practical tools based in body and mind that have helped me to acknowledge and change patterns in my life that were not serving me. As an educator, this has helped me to be able to respond to stress and challenges in a more productive and graceful way. Amanda in is incredibly warm, intuitive, wise and refined. I believe anyone would benefit greatly from working with her!“

3729 Balboa St, San Francisco“A great community yoga studio with generous owners, welcoming staff and knowledgeable instructors who offer options for beginners as well as advanced students. I recently had a one hour massage and bodywork with Stephanie Logan. She’s a gentle, intuitive practitioner who tailored her approach to just what my body and spirit wanted.
Stephanie guided on a journey through my chakras with her gently touch and voice. During the session I could feel my body relaxing and energy that had been dammed in certain places beginning to connect and flow again. Trusting her was easy. The after effects of the release I felt continue to flow in me.“

Cass is truly an incredible instructor!! motivating, welcoming, and so attentive throughout the entire class. She creates such a positive atmosphere and knows exactly how to push you :). I also LOVE her playlists (they make the class so much more fun and keep the energy high the entire time).
Yoga Sculpt with Cass has genuinely become one of the highlights of my Saturday mornings. Highly recommend this studio, especially her classes!“

I took Nicole's vinyasa flow class and it was fantastic! Her cues were easy to follow but also allowed to challenge or modify to your abilities. I will definitely keep this studio in mind if I end up with some extra time in San Francisco again.“

6:30AM - 1:45PM
300 Pine St, San Francisco“Had my first class here at Barry's a few days ago. The staffers are informative and helpful, the space is clean and seemingly well-maintained; the class and the instructors were very clear with their coaching for the group class. The space felt very disorienting at first with low-light and loud sound, but once you get settled, it seems fine. My observation is around hygiene and cleanliness. During the class sessions, no one seems to be wiping down their equipments in between use, which seemed very gross especially during a sweat-inducing class. Perhaps there's more encouragement from the instructions to do so during the session?“
5:45AM - 7:15PM
851 4th St, San Rafael“Coco’s moms and tots class is the best. She a beam of light that is so warm and welcoming. The space she creates for moms and their babies is so safe and happy. Not only does she make sure you get what you need as a mom (a little workout and meditation) she also makes sure to foster love and fun with your baby. You won’t regret taking her class. Everyone and all babies are welcome and cared for by Mama Coco“

9AM - 7:30PM
286 Divisadero St, San Francisco“Love the instructor, & the room (Water), but even with 1 small window open, the temperature for a regular Yoga Flow (not heated) reads over 80 degrees on the thermostat (yikes), & I get waaay too overheated & dizzy. 😵💫 If that larger back door/window to the garden was open the whole class, I would continue to attend, but just too hot in there. :-/“

29 Bolinas Rd, Fairfax“Rebecca is pure magic. She claims she is not a therapist, but this is, by far, the best money I have ever spent on therapy. I have had two Cranio Deep sessions and each session has been incredibly transformational, emotionally and physically. The sessions work through deep, old, wounds and through her somatic work, I am able to ground, gain clarity, and start to process what is stuck in my body. I highly recommend arriving open and being intentional with your time after the session to sit with everything that comes up.“

“We have had the huge privilege of working with Ray, Mason and the rest of the amazing team at Jet Physio. It is very difficult to recover from a severe injury and it takes a lot of work guided by experienced and knowledgable staff - Jet Physio does this with ease. However, this is only half the battle. Jet Physio is the only clinic I know of that understands the rest of the recovery - the mental state. Not only do they get your body in top notch shape, they prepare your mind for the battle of recovery and beyond. I truly believe Jet Physio brings their clients to a place beyond that from which they initially came. Thank you Jet Physio!“
