“I can’t say enough good things about PBY in Pacifica! Tommy and all of the instructors are amazing and have created one of the most warm and welcoming communities I have ever been a part of. The classes are amazing and there is always someone to help you with alignment or questions. PBY has become like a second home to me where I can relax and replenish from all of life’s stress. The studio is so clean and welcoming and the perfect day is to take a class and then relax in the soothing and relaxing back garden with some cold water, fresh fruit and a little waterfall humming in the background. Come by PBY and enjoy!“

“I attended DanceVibes classes for about a year before moving out of California. DanceVibes gave me confidence, an outlet, new skills, a routine, and community. Jamie's a fun, sassy, and inclusive instructor. Melissa and the guest speakers they had were also great. You can tell how much they love their program by the themed classes they hosted, parade they participated in and how they adapted to COVID/remote classes. Take a class if you can!“

“My 2 children have spent 2 full summers at Petit Pas. We didn’t even look to have them enrolled elsewhere because they have always had such an incredibly enriching and exciting experience.Virginie, Lena and all the staff at Petit Pas are incredibly gifted artists who are so passionate at creating the most fantastic environment for children to explore and thrive in all facets of acrobatics, dance, art, creativity and other forms of self-expression.The staff is also super dedicated to the wellbeing of their campers and keep their safety top of mind at all times.I fully recommend Petit Pas if you are looking for your children to emotionally grow and have wonderful experiences! I can’t wait to enroll both my children in next year’s sessions.Thank you, Petit Pas for not only providing peace of mind to parents but also for making such a positive impact to the lives of so many children. “Jane Sanguinetti is a truly remarkable human. She has been a beloved friend since we were in our teens and I have been studying Intentional Creativity with her for more than two years. Through the medium of paint and canvas, I have worked through trauma and achieved soul-healing to a point where my inner and outer worlds have been transformed remarkably for the better by the deep healing Jane and IC have to offer. All but the first painting group have been done virtually through Zoom group sessions. The deep wisdom, compassion, and love Jane embodies and the Red Thread community members are such an incredible gift in my life, I am grateful for every moment I spend with them and I look forward to spending the rest of my days in their loving spiritual embrace of friendship, community, love, and ART! I whole-heartedly recommend Jane for any of the many offerings she has at Joy of Being. She is a true blessing in my life and you deserve her in yours.“

“This was my introduction to reiki, massage and acupuncture. I worked with three different people and they were all engaging and educational in their approach.Community Well brought me to new levels of relaxation during my entire time and I left feeling more in-tune with my mind, body, and spirit than I ever have before.“

“The Mats is a cozy little yoga studio that has become my escape for self-care. The studio space itself is a little small but I love how intimate the classes are! They provide quality yoga mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters so you can focus on your flow if you're new and don't have equipment.I've been attending classes here for a few months now and have found an instructor for every mood. Stephenie's evening classes are perfect when I want a slow, meditative flow. She gently guides us through poses and holds each one long enough for my body to fully sink in. I always leave her class feeling loose and limber.Joann's morning Hatha class is great for de-stressing. The sequences are simple but rejuvenating. We move through meditations and breathing exercises at a leisurely pace. When I want more of a challenge, I go to Josh or Tiffany's Vinyasa classes. They seamlessly flow us through faster-paced flows focused on breath and building up to more advanced arm balances or backbends. Both are so encouraging and help modify poses for all skill levels. I come out of their classes energized and empowered.Overall it's a gem for anyone looking to establish or deepen their yoga practice. I feel lucky to have discovered this oasis in my neighborhood!“

“I love this studio, it’s intimate and bright. Becca is an absolutely fantastic teacher- she understands joint hyper mobility, so if you find yourself super flexible and with a sore lower back after classes, take her class- she can help you correct poses so you don’t hurt yourself and stretch muscle, not connective tissue!“

“Nice hot yoga studio. The floors feel clean and the instructors are welcoming. It's nice that the yin and gentle yoga are also heated at a comfortable temperature so it helps the muscles relax and get into stretches easier. Will definitely be back for more classes!“

“I had never taken a yoga class in my life. I tried Excelsior Yoga looking to improve my flexibility, but what I got was so much more. My practice with Excelsior has helped my tennis, running, weight lifting, even playing guitar. Plus I just feel physically great all day, a thousand little daily movements are easier and I'm not only more flexible but also more balanced, focused, and calm... dare I say younger? As a beginner I take the Gentle Yoga class, first in the studio and now (writing during the pandemic) online. Nilo does a good job of keeping things moving while also taking the time to explain when necessary. He is at once a tranquil and inspiring presence. If you've never tried yoga before, this is a great place and now is a great time to start.“

“My favorite yoga studio in SF. I love all the instructors at this location . I usually take Neil’s class . His class is intense , combination of meditation and core workout with his amazing live drumming rhythm. I feel rejuvenated and re-energized after his class . Usually his class is packed with many people so if you mind having too many people around you , this is not the right class for you.“

“Hello. This message is to give positive feedback and shine some light on one of your instructors KJ Landis. I would like to let you know that she is an amazing yoga instructor and always has a very positive energy in our classes. I enjoy the fact that she is very involved with all of us. She will give you immediate feedback and inform you of micro-adjustments needed in order to preform the poses properly. About a year and a half ago I had a minor meniscus strain/tear preforming the toe-stand incorrectly. With a teacher like KJ that likely would have been avoided. I was lucky enough to recover naturally, with very little leftover negative symptoms. If there is any way you can give KJ more classes at the facility here in Day City please do so! I have noticed it has been harder to go to her classes because she has been on the schedule less. I also feel many others can benefit from her & also help prevent future injuries such as mine, by having the proper instructions from someone like KJ.Thank you!“
