PRS was a life saver when 4 inches of water got into our built-out basement covering the entire floor. We called them at 7pm on a Friday and 2 of their technicians arrived within 30 minutes to clear up the water before it caused too much damage to the walls and floors. They used very effective drying equipment that dried out the entire area within a few days. A big plus is that they were very careful with our furniture and belongings that needed to be moved and covered. PRS has a system that has been fine-tuned to get the job done quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be more grateful for their help. We would highly recommend their services to others.

Katie was the best! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. It was my first time going to a professional for a Brazilian wax, and she was incredibly thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
I can’t say it was completely painless, but she made it as quick and bearable as possible. The whole appointment honestly felt like a fever dream because of how fast she worked! She was also super friendly and easy to talk to, which helped calm my nerves right away.

My sister treated me to Perfection Nails and it is a hidden gem. Mai is super sweet and I am very happy with the service there from getting my eyebrows wax , shellac manicure and pedicure. Jacob was prompt, professional, and his work was of high quality. He came in and calmly resolved an emergency leak on a Sunday. Pricing was reasonable and he did not cut any quarters, even suggesting several solutions and in the end left the plumbing in better shape than in original. Can't recommend highly enough

After calling around I decided on USA leak detector because they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They were able to pin point exactly where I had a leak. I had discovered water damaged to the ceiling of my garage from bathtub drain leak above. Vicente had provided evaluation and free written estimate. I was impressed with his respectfulness, honesty, confidence, and professionalism. He is detail oriented with his written estimate and my senior discount. Vicente was focused in providing my customer satisfaction and service. He spent 40 minutes with me including answering all my questions. He took the time to locate and verify with video taping where my bathtub drain was leaking through the broken spaces of my ceiling. Vicente exceeded my expectations. I had contacted his office and agreed to proceed with repair, replacing bathtub drain pipes (overflow, waste, and P trap). Vicente returned the next day with Eduardo, his assistant. They completed the repair, just under 3 hours, as he stated at first visit. Vicente and Eduardo kept the worksite clean, my garage and bathtub. They took their garage debris into their work van and declined to use my garage bin. They wore shoe covers each time when entering my home to the bathtub. I appreciate their respectfulness toward me and my property. Bonus: When they had left, I discovered that Vicente had fixed my slow flowing sink faucet, next to my bathtub, without my request or charge. I’ve had Master Appliance come out to my place twice now: once for a broken laundry machine and the other for a leaking fridge.
The laundry machine broke down after less than 5 years because of a failed controller board. They actually recommended that I just buy a new unit, since replacing the board would cost nearly as much as a new machine and there was no guarantee I wouldn't have more issues down the road. They even recommended a different brand that would last longer, noting that the one I had is known for ongoing quality issues. They didn't even charge me for the visit.
The fridge turned out to be a simple fix: just a clogged condenser drainage. There were no new parts needed.

We hired K&B Remodeling & Sons to install two replacement French doors at our house. A contractor friend met them when they were engaged on another job down the street, both the contractor and our neighbor were pleased with the job they did. It is a complex job involving a variety of skills--carpentry, finish carpentry and stucco. Yonis and his team at K&B did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.
A couple of high points: they did the job promptly. Unlike some of the other projects around the neighborhood, they didn't start with a bang and then limp across the finish line weeks later. They worked every day from start to finish, arrived on time and all of the workers were always courteous. They worked cleanly--each day and each tradesman cleaned up when their work was finished. There were no piles of trash around the yard! They showed great respect for our home, yard and all of the materials (those doors weren't cheap!). Yonis is a good communicator who keep us appraised of who was coming and when, and if something changed, he let us know.
The job was done on time, on budget and Yonis and I could shake hands at the end and be friends--the sure sign of a good experience. Highly recommended.

We are a masonry contracting firm, and needed some drywall preparation for a wall that we install veneer stone. We contacted 4 different drywall companies and 3 didn’t answer at all. We found amador drywall on Yelp and call and the estimator came out the same day and provided a estimate within 24 hours. Our clients approved their estimate and they came out the following week. Work was over deliver and then we were able to install our veneer stone! Amador drywall hands down the best other trade contactor we work with. He looked at the disc I brought in from an MRI that I had done, and he could see that my four and five vertebrae were pushing down on my nerves. I wondered if he was going to “adjust my hip“ the way they do it so violently, but his approach is a different. He used a gun like tool that pushes the vertebrae back in the position they need to be, Then he took my right leg that I was experiencing the pain in, jiggled it around, so it was loose, and pulled, and I heard a pop, and by 2 o’clock that afternoon, the pain was almost completely gone. And that leg pain had been with me for weeks. By the time I went for my next appointment, I was suffering very little back pain and hardly any leg pain. I have had two sessions since, and now going on vacation with no lower back pain or leg pain. I truly did not believe in chiropractor’s, but he made me a believer.
I was really excited to meet Debra, given the unique modalities of healing treatment she offers. Upon meeting her and spending a bit of time together, I found her warm and friendly, yet very professional and extremely intelligent. Debra explained why she performed each step of the multi faceted exam.
I feel fortunate to have been led Debra’s direction and I look forward to working with her on this healing journey of mine.
I have known Dr. Ken since March 1989. He is the most best chiropractor In the Bay area. I've tried a few new Dr's up where I moved to and I haven't had the best care

I came to Dr. Bamdad's office twice a week for three months after a car accident left me and my partner with back pain and neck pain. From the very first session, he was professional, attentive, and thorough. He listened fully to us when we described our pain, did a thorough physical assessment, asked thoughtful questions, and explained the assessment results and how he would proceed with treatment. At times when we wanted something different - for example, I'm averse to chiro, and I also prefer to have a pillow under my hips when I'm lying face down- he recalibrated his approach and gave us what we needed to feel comfortable.
What I appreciate most about his practice is that he listens fully and compassionately, explains in detail what he's doing and why he's doing it (I'm the type of patient who always wants to know everything), and gives us encouragement about the recovery he's noticing along the way. We both came out of our treatment with him pain-free and with a much improved range of motion.
I also enjoyed coordinating sessions and checking in with Sue, his front desk assistant, who was always friendly and courteous and willing to reschedule if we needed. If I ever need physical therapy or a chiropractor in the future, I'll definitely reach out to Dr. Bamdad.

I knew Dr. Zhu would be great when I first spoke with her and someone I could trust. I have been going through months of suffering with sciatica that just won't resolve itself . . . gets better and then comes right back. After my first treatment, I am feeling a lot better and trust that Dr. Zhu will help me resolve my sciatica fully. Office is extremely clean and Dr. Zhu is very professional and extremely competent.
