Learning how to ask the right questions, understanding what products to use for after care and just how to maintain the style that I want. I am a recent client of Lucas & Co for my styling needs. I actually met Adelle through mutual friends, and then discovered that she is a hair master. She has been very patient and willing to achieve the results that we discuss during appts. I have certain little requests like, no bangs, try to keep me from going copper shades, and what hair techniques to use vs her own expertise. I have been a client of several stylists (before Adelle) at other salons, but she was willing to listen to what I wanted (blonde!!) and make it happen. I value that precision. As for this salon. . . It's beautifully designed. Love the green tile work behind the wash stations. I love the cozy atmosphere. It's thoughtfully decorated and not too over the top. You feel welcomed, but not overwhelmed. Pricing is very fair for the services provided. There is street parking available, as well as a full parking garage just over a block away. I also love that this salon features Bumble and Bumble. That is a brand of hair products that I've used and loved even before finding this salon. I decided to let the grey grow out but did not like the "grow out" skunk look. Aria @ the Standard did an awesome job with coloring/cut. She meticulously blended colors and cut and shaped my hair to shoulder length. I highly recommend the Standard and color expert Aria.

Very happy with my new hair cut! Janelle listened carefully as I explained to her exactly what I wanted, then gave me a very precise, non-rushed haircut. The atmosphere is relaxed, and I really appreciate being the only one in her Barber studio and getting her full attention (one customer at a time, no other stylists). I also really enjoyed the fact that she washed my hair AFTER the cut, so I didn't leave with hair everywhere. I will definitely be going back to her for my next haircut.

I went to a new barbershop today and it was called Refuge Barbers in Roseville. The owner @dylanatrefuge was very professional and easy to talk to. I was a few minutes late, and he was very accommodating and was able to work me in. He cut my hair and beard exactly how I wanted it to look with a high tight fade and my beard was the perfect length. I was very happy how it turned out and I highly recommend anyone looking for a great barber to go check out Dylan and support him and his awesome business!

I often struggle with booking appointments without a US phone number, but their booking system worked perfectly, which made things easy! Sean was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted for my haircut and was efficient without rushing. He still took great care to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve always felt rushed when I sit down to get my nails done, like I’m just another client but here they genuinely take the time to do everything right and hold a conversation with you. I’m extremely picky about how my bangs are cut, and she gets them perfect every single time. I did some serious detective work before booking her, and let me tell you, all roads led to Kellie. Her space is like stepping into a tranquil oasis, with dim lighting and some seriously relaxing tunes playing in the background. And get this, she asked me about my concerns and whether I wanted her to explain what she was doing during the session. Talk about top-notch service, right? My past experience has been with “old world” hands-on techniques from a very skilled esthetician. Dawn has every bit of that technique; the HydraFacial system added deep hydration and even allover firming. I can’t wait for my next facial!

I met Chelsea years ago at a chain waxing place. I had so so many ingrowns. As soon as she left and started her own studio I went to her for my Brazilians and brows. Her wax is high quality I almost never have any ingrowns anymore. She knows her stuff. She’s fast and very thorough. Super friendly and nice. Love her. Will never leave. Also I love how she does my brows and laminations.

I have been wanting to get another tattoo for quite some time something with meaning and I have been eyeing a cross tattoo. I came here today to find out how much they would charge for my forearm of the tattoo that I desired one of the gentlemen working Flanders was able to get me in today at 5:30 PM. This is tattoo number five for me. I was nervous about getting the tattoo because they do hurt a little bit. This was a very quick smooth process he did a great job made me feel at ease. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. My cousin has had some of her tattoo work done at this location as well my first time here Very great establishment very friendly staff. All the people working here were super friendly and made me feel comfortable or even joking around making me laugh so it made the tattoo process go that much smoother without thinking about what was being done. The whole process took about an hour. I was really happy with how it turned out and I got a great deal tonight too this is the greatest establishment with great people. I called on Friday and Dusty was able to come out Monday to replace a leaking under sink hot water tank and dispenser. I am a repeat customer and am so glad I found them previously because they are FANTASTIC. Their prices, people and work are great. Dusty did awesome work. He was friendly, clean and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about this product and other plumbing questions. Dusty was fast and efficient, yet very careful and respectful of our home. We couldn’t be happier. We’ve got a MOEN shutoff valve that’s not behaving. Barry and Michael are solid professionals that know plumbing, have demonstrated integrity, and care about people! With their help, the problem was identified and a new MOEN shutoff valve is scheduled to be installed tomorrow.

I see a lot of comments of pricing compared to time. As a plumber myself we do not charge for time spent on a job. We charge for results. I could charge by the hour and take my sweet time and just charge a ridiculous price that way. If you have a problem with your plumbing and we fix it in a timely manner, give a customer some information/knowledge on what it is we repaired; and also are friendly and personable. That's a great service and worth any amount of money in my opinion.

The customer service during our drain clearing appointment was excellent. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our situation and where the clog was located and took care of clearing the pipe. The price was reasonable too and they did not charge a separate travel fee to come to your house. Before he left, the plumber ran water to make sure the line was cleared. It seems like an easy task, but we had spent the previous two days trying to fix it ourselves and just made a big mess of stinky water on the ground. Thank you Rooter Hero.

I received a referral to JMK Electric through Next Door which I find to be consistently reliable. JMK did not disappoint. I had a problem with a flashing LED light and I requested a service call since the light was fairly new.
I thought the wiring was the problem. Instead of dispatching a tech, JMK trouble shooted my issue over the phone and I was able to fix it without having an electrician come out to the house. JMK not only didn't charge me, they followed up with me to see if the problem was resolved. There are not many businesses' today that provide such exceptional service. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher and I have had two experiences with them, both outstanding.
We made an appointment with Maverick Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to evaluate and inspect our heating system. We had a problem with a lack of hot air blowing from the vents. I was very happy, that when I called they answered the phone and set up an appointment immediately. This response is excellent, because our home is in Truckee and it is not always that easy getting service. We received a text that Jonathan was on the way the day of the appointment. When Jonathan arrived he was vey professional. He did a thorough inspection and evaluation. He explained everything he checked followed by a detailed email with specifics and pictures. Jonathan found that the inducer motor was not running to its optimum efficiency and may need to be addressed. We were given an estimate for replacement. Our experience with Mavericks was excellent, we will definitely be using them for our future needs.

Thomas has been wonderful! We've lived at this new place for less than 6 months and he's successfully remedied a mice problem and ants! He is honest, fast, thorough, and very friendly. Ive had pest control companies in the past completely ignore their duties, like removal of significant cobwebs around the entry doors and patios... not Thomas! He will pay attention to those details and focus on prevention AND treatment of current issues. I've referred him to many people!
Just do rat management with bait traps. They do a great job of checking and moving traps if they’re not being accessed by rats they started out doing cobwebs and then said they don’t do that so that’s the only issue I guess otherwise great job.

We had a great experience with Advanced IPM. Ronnie came out and did a thorough inspection identifying everything that needed to be sealed up. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and their tech doing the work did a great job ensuring everything was done correctly. The detail in which they sealed the house up was impressive. We’ll be using them again if needed.

She was able to turn our ideas into a detailed 3D concept that helped us picture the final result before any work even started.

Working with Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. was a wonderful experience. Chad, the owner, was very helpful and had some great ideas about the project for my backyard, which needed a total overhaul. He answered all of my MANY questions, sometimes more than once! Every aspect of the project (timelines, cost, process) was clearly communicated, in writing, and I really appreciated that there were no surprises.
Chad introduced me to all of the guys on the crew (Cesar, Romeo, Roberto and David..I apologize if I missed anyone!) and explained who would be doing what. They were all friendly and respectful. Hunter came by at a later date (because of weather issues) to stain/seal the deck and install some of the irrigation equipment. He was also very friendly and professional. This company does things right and has wonderful employees! And I also want to give a shout out to Vanessa (office manager), who coordinated various aspects, especially communication, regarding the project. She responded quickly to my texts and phone messages, and is definitely a huge asset of Shear Perfection!

I had previously installed Tiger Turf artificial grass on a property that we owned, which I absolutely love. I called Tiger Turf for a recommendation for an experienced installer of Tiger Turf in Northern California. Tiger Turf referred me to Bella Turf and Greens.
I contacted Bella Turf and Greens for a bid. I was away from the property, however, Juan gave me a very timely and fair bid for the work requested. Even though I was not able to be at the property for the install, Juan and his crew completed a very professional job, much to my liking. He communicated with me throughout the process and even sent me pictures. In addition, he followed up with our gardener to make sure the turf would be cared for properly. The only concern was a small chip of a sidewalk area, which Juan and crew fixed as requested.

Placer Valley Landscape did an outstanding job on my yard. I was converting grass to a drought-tolerant landscape that included artificial turf, new plants and a new walkway. The team made great recommendations regarding the plants and turf -- including an attractive design for the plants and hardscape. They were punctual and respectful and cleaned up the area at the end of each work-day. I received several bids and, while they were not the lowest (I didn't trust the other company), they were reasonably priced and I am very happy with my decision to select this company. Acorn has been so easy to work with and I am grateful for the effort they have put in to save my redwoods from drought and needle blight. An aborist came to my property several years ago to assess the trees and needles starting to turn brown in color. He recommended spraying twice a year and now that we are several years into treatment the trees look so good. The new growth each year is lush and green. I didn’t plant the redwoods- they were on my property when I moved in 30 years ago, but I love them and don’t want to see them go!!!

Dr. Chen and his staff were incredible. I had tooth that was worked on by a separate dental group causing me problems. Dr. Chen gave his transparent opinion and his suggested approach of putting a crown on my tooth alleviated the pain. Further, I was pleasantly surprised that the crown looked my normal tooth. I had a dental emergency, and to make things worse, my regular dentist had gone out of business. A longtime patient recommended Pleasant Grove, and I am SO grateful they did. I was literally in tears and embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, but they got me in within an hour of calling.

Massage therapist Meghan is fantastic. I drive a half an hour across town to have appointments with her and it is WORTH it. She adjusts to my needs, whether I’m injured, having pain, need relaxation, want to chat, or have a quiet visit. I’ve been going to her for years and highly recommend her.
Such a great way to get affordable chiropractic care. The sign up is easy. The doctors are awesome. I was hesitant to try Joint Chiro at first because it was different. But I am so grateful I did. You sign in and walk to the back where there are waiting chairs and 4 tables. There have been a few times I have gone in and waited up to 15 minutes to be seen. There are some busier times during the day/ week, but usually there is 1 or 2 people in at the same time. I like that you don't need an appointment, they have convenient hours for working people and are open on the weekends.
I would definitely recommend Dr.Brian! I started to see Dr. Brian after a bad car accident that left me with pain in my shoulder, neck, and back. After my first appointment I had already felt 10 times better and was able to move more freely. After some time everything slower started getting better. Now, I feel better than I was when I initially started coming here. Staff is amazing as well! I am always welcomed with a hello and smile. Overall, my visits here have been wonderful and I would highly recommend coming to see Dr.Brian!

Dr. Z is very good at explaining your care and home after care in terms we can all understand. We talked about my gym workputs and how to modify so as not to "poke the dog", his term for aggravating my body part. My visit on 9/11 brought me so much pain relief that I slept through the night.
If you are looking for a caring and compassionate chiropractor, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Taglio. As my wife and I were about to leave, I asked about a foot problem my wife was having. She immediately wanted to examine the issue. She not only gave my wife some pain relief, she also gave us the information needed to start to correct the problem with a bunion.

He’s fixed my dislocated shoulder, knee/ankle problems, and helped me strengthen and heal my spine issues throughout my tumbling/dance career. My body definitely wouldn’t be able to function the way that it does without him. He is extremely knowledgeable and I try to recommend him to everyone I know. One of the best experiences I've had for a out patient surgical procedure. Everybody from the front desk to Dr. Bricca were extremely polite and professional. Dr. Bricca went the extra mile to explain everything from the beginning to stitching up the procedure. Dr. Bricca even called hours after the procedure to see how I was doing. Be prepared to spend a half a day for Mohs surgery, pack snacks, lunch drinks, ect. Also dress in layers as the temperature is kept cool like a operating room. If I ever need a procedure again..... I'll be back.
I'm not a fan of reviews as I'm quite the skeptic ( validated by hundreds of dollars of useless psoriasis products ) but feel compelled to endorse the staff and particularly Dr. May Chhun for their smiles and positivity on my visits. The improvements on my psoriasis is beyond my expectations and Dr. Chhun has expressed such a sincerity in her concern for my condition and doing whatever she can to get me the right treatment for my psoriasis which was quite extreme. My only regret is that I waited so long before contacting them. Can not understand any of the complaints as I've never waited more than 5 minutes to see someone unless they are referring to a different location other than Roseville.

Highly recommend. I have a reactive dog. The staff here are very accommodating and understanding to her. So much so that I now drive from close to Elk Grove to Roseville for all 5 of my animals. They are always so patient and informative. We just had our first boarding for both my dogs, reactive one included. And they came back in the same condition I left them. I cannot say enough good things about the Dr and Cirby Ridge. My kitten fractured his rear leg and the Dr made time for me and has given us top notch care. He has kept me updated every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to be available for my questions and concerns, even after hours! He found that my kitten ate a bunch of hair ties and took care of those too!

Rocky needed life saving surgery: GDV/Gastropexy and they found an amazing animal surgeon, Dr. Karanvir S. Aulakh to perform it.
Dr. Kaur, Dr. Lehil, Joanna, Molly, and Alice provided round the clock care at Dry Creek Veterinary Center to give Rocky a second chance and almost one month later he is doing well! In fact, Rocky likes to hang out with the team and feels very comfortable with them.

Very accommodating, kind, patient, and helpful. My dogs get a very good grooming and looked good and they don’t look stressed.
Just book your pups appointment now, don't waste your time or money goin anywhere else. No other groomers have been able to get my samoyeds fur completely detangled and as floofy as it should be! Or get every last piece of husky coat blow out of our husky either. Our greyhound is easy but they made her coat even silkier than before. On top of all that my pups wanted snuggles from them before we left! They were happy to be with the groomers, that's when you know it's a good place, your pups are happy with them even after they've been groomed. My only regret is we didn't find them sooner!

The club was clean and didnt smell like cleaning chemicals. I took an Intro class, about 30 minutes. Jen lead an informative and insightful class, going thru each part of the equipment while teaching some of the basics. Jen was able to answer all questions we had as well as the various classes.The Manager Amy was able to explain options to continue with classes. I'll be back for sure!

This massage place is the real deal. There are no walls which was a little odd but my massage was excellent. I mentioned my problem areas before we started and my masseuse remained diligent trying to work those areas. You should give this place a try. They're new and deserve a chance because they provide a professional atmosphere and massage.

I don’t know how she does it, but I can walk in not feeling good and she knows the exact area to target and get me back up and feeling great again. This is not your in and out massage, she really takes time to get to know you and helps get you and your body back to health.
She was honestly amazing and I tell everyone about her. Everyone should experience how present she is with her clients and how much she truly cares about each individual person's needs. I could feel how present and intuitive she was and I will now go to her for all of my massage/reiki needs.

I love that he doesn’t box you in to a specific type of service, but instead tailors his treatment towards your specific needs. If you are looking for more than the standard “relaxation” massage, he is your guy!
I have finally found this place that truly knows what deep tissue massage means! I was serviced by Lucy and was so impressed by her style- delibarate strokes, sustained pressure and really getting into the fascia and deep muscle. Unlike the so many others that just keep on rubbing your skin until they feel raw and leaves you feeling just so irritated after!
They even give you option for Ashiatsu- where they hold onto overhead bars and massage your large muscle groups of the back with deep and even pressure. It was such a pleasant and relaxing massage.
I have tried 2 massage places in Folsom, but this one is truly the best and will be my go to place from now on. $70 for one hour of deep tissue massage. Truly worth it!!

Dr. Niemeyer was recommended to me by my fertility clinic (NCFMC) when I started IVF. Although my journey to achieving pregnancy was not smooth, after my 4th and final transfer, I'm now 23 weeks pregnant with my miracle babies! I wanted to leave a review because if you're anything like me, acupuncture was completely foreign to me and I had no idea what to expect. I was always comfortable and her treatment rooms are super cozy. She is extremely knowledgable, accommodating, and her staff has always been wonderful. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Also - she was able to be with me on my day of transfer (twice).

He is also very knowledgeable with Chinese Herbal Medicine. He will make different types of herbal medicine for you, and you will take differently according to your health. Eventually you will become your own doctor and know your problems according to your symptoms. I love this part.I had many conversations with Dr. Chang and compared his skills with other acupuncturists. Usually, other acupuncturists will release your pain simply punch lots of needles around the pain area. Actually, this type of treatment just releases your pain, but does not get rid of your problem, the pain will come back after a few days, or sometimes it will cause you other problems. Dr. Chang focuses on getting rid of your problems, and not just to release your pain.He also has practiced Chi Gong for many decades. He teaches his patients some simple Chi Gong to release their pain and to build stronger health. He tries his best to save his patients money. He has a very good heart (他真有一颗菩萨心). He is also a true Buddhist. He uses Buddhist knowledge to help his patients to balance their emotions, release their stress and improve their sleep quality.After remodeling my house, I had a lot of pain from. I was dealing with many issues. I fell down from the ladder, had menopause, lots of stress from my tenants for the last few months. I couldn’t sleep for weeks. All the pain almost killed me.
