The veterinarian and her assistants were very capable, efficient, and good with my dog. I appreciate the way they handled my dog and cared for her. The only bad experience was while I was waiting with my dog for our appointment we had to wait in one of the aisles in the store which was no problem. The aisle we waited in had a refrigerated pet food section. The refrigerator had no pet food in it at all, the shelves were all disheveled and out of place, and there were two rags at the bottom inside of the refrigerated section that looked like they had mold on them. I recently bought a guinea pig, and we named him Kenzo. My son Bourne also brought home a jumping spider whom we call Balty, which is short for Balthazar. This is the reason I've been to petco so often in these past few days.
Always amazing staff, clean environment, and well maintained store! Today my hubby and I went in for the millionth time and were helped by Courtney! She was just the kindest, most welcoming and helpful associate I can honestly say I've ever met. This is a great location with amazing staff, especially Courtney!! Thank you Roseville Petco!!
