Aubrey is amazing! I highly recommend getting your next massage from her. She is not only knowledgeable but also intuitive so she knows just what you and your body need. You will feel wonderful after seeing her!!

Loving, caring, nurturing, and self-ful beautiful soul. Aubrey has a way of calming your spirit and letting you know that you’re in good hands. She is a true master of her craft and I would recommend her to anyone. I’m going to miss her deeply but trust assured she will be a treasure in California ❤️

Aubrey has this uncanny ability to be so in tune with what is happening around her - emotions, energy, physicality - you name it. This transfers to her massage practice where she is able to be in tune with what her clients bodies need when they come to her. I have had countless massages in my life for relaxation, deep tissue, injury, preventative therapy, you name it - and Aubrey is one of the best I have had. Hello! My name is Aubrey Gil. I am a Licensed and Insured Massage Therapist, Essential Oil Educator, and Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. I bring gifts of several modalities: Therapeutic Relaxation, Integrated Intuitive Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, and Aromatherapy. The way I operate is unlike many. I see you as an individual. I do not have a routine. I take the time to tune in and listen to you and your body. I give you the space to communicate, make requests, and begin this journey as you are. Massage is such a sacred and beautiful thing, and it should be treated as such. It is my goal to facilitate your healing and to help you reach your health goals. I look forward to working with you.
