Aubrey is the best. She consistently goes above and beyond to help with both physical recovery and mental wellness.
Her massage therapy sessions are incredibly effective, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about her clients as people. She creates a comfortable, supportive environment and always takes the time to listen and tailor each session to what’s needed most.

Aubrey does absolutely amazing work! I work a very physically demanding job and by the week leading up to my appointment, I'm always sore and aching. By the time Aubrey is done with me, she's worked out tension in places I didn't even know I had it! From the minute you walk in, she's always warm and welcoming, and you know you'll be in good hands.
Aubrey knocked me out- in the best way possible! She helped me have a meaningful breakthrough so that I could sing in my power. She also tenderly cared for my twisted ankle with KT Tape. It is feeling a lot better now! I am grateful for her innate and developed ways of sharing her healing with me. Aubrey is an excellent healer and I highly recommend booking time with her.
