The best quality Japanese gel mani! I booked an appointment with Mika a few days before my wedding. It has been two weeks since my mani, and my nails still look amazing! I wanted a simple yet elegant ombré. I showed Mika a few examples and selected the colors. She gave me pointers and helped me finalize the two colors and ended up adding a third because the color I chose was a little too light. I also added an extension, as advised by Mika because one of my nails was shorter than the others. The extension looks like my real nails and when I told friends it was fake, they were shocked. Very high quality all around. I only wish they were in NYC. I plan to return every time I'm in SoCal.

I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews? I started going to them because they were closer to my house and they are super clean! I got fed up with a gross salon in cdm I would go to. They are super clean organized and have tons of dazzle dry. It's always clean and everyone is a regular! It's not the cheapest but it's sanitary and all of the chairs are high end. I like that they have HGTV on it's relaxing!

While the service was fast, the utmost care was taken and I'm so happy with the way my nails turned out! It was $37 for a gel manicure, which is a fantastic price! If I lived closer, Newport Nails would become my go-to!

I had a consultation with Jasmine for a while now and finally made time for my PRP microneedling with ultrasound treatment. She started with facial cleanse and warm massage using a device to slim my face and jaw line. Then she applied my face with numb cream. Jasmine is very skilled and the blood draw was a quick poke. The facial microneedling did not hurt either. I felt comfortable and at ease through out my procedure. The treatment room is very clean. I would highly recommend this place for PRP microneedling. Jake did my tattoo, a portrait of my almost 18 year old cat who had died a few montsh ago, back in July of this year in Franklin, TN. He was amazing to work with. I sent him a few photos of what I wanted and had no idea what to expect. As soon as I met him, I felt very much at ease and at peace with my choice of artists. Right as he was finishing up, my wife came in and stopped as soon as she saw it. She covered her mouth and almost started crying. She kept saying that it was beautiful and amazing. Mike did an amazing job replacing our water heater. The installation looked extremely clean and he took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving.
Best plumbing company ever. I have used them for over 20 years and have always had great service. We had a water heater leak and needed it replaced. I called over the weekend and left a message for them to call me Monday morning. Liz called me first thing in the morning. Vince came out and replaced the water heater. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explained what he did and how to work the new water heater should we ever have trouble in the future. I also worked for a State Farm agent and recommended Professional Plumbing to several of my client's. I never had anything but positive remarks about them. They are the best. I highly recommend them.

Orange coast clean have just done some outstanding cleaning for me on 3 sofas, a tiled floor and a closet carpet. I couldn’t be happier! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Laguna Bay Developing. With two small kids and only one shower we were nervous about remodeling our bathroom, but from start to finish the job was done and done extremely well in only 3.5 weeks. I am admittedly a picky customer so there were a few small things a long the way I asked to be changed and without hesitation, pushback or complaint they took care of all of them literally right when I asked. I was very impressed to say the least and would sincerely recommend them time and time again. Avi and Moe personally took the time to make sure we were happy throughout the entire project and I couldn’t have asked for better partners on a project like this. We also have a growing family so we had to keep the price to a specific budget and somehow they were able to do all of this work within it.
Doug and company took care of all the paperwork, designed and installed a really robust system. He did the work and cleaned up thoroughly. Doug himself is extremely personable and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I enthusiastically recommend his company.
American Pro recently remodeled our living room and added new flooring throughout the house. The difference is unbelievable—the tiles are evenly fitted, and the finish is smooth and durable. Our home feels brighter, more open, and far more comfortable. The project was completed on time, and the pricing was honest and straightforward. We’ve had so many guests ask who did the work, and we always recommend Tony and his team without hesitation.
Frame BD was an absolute godsend for our remodel in Southern California. We have a condo in the Dana Point area that was long overdue for a remodel. We knew that there were water issues that had turned into mold issues. This is a second home for us. We live a couple of states away and the thought of finding someone to manage this remodel was a little overwhelming when we were not going to be close to oversee it. I called a few different contractors. Frame BD was quick to respond and was able to get out and take a look at our project within a few days.
The project manager that was assigned to our job was Daniel. Let me tell you, if you want someone that goes above and beyond, ask for Daniel. He managed our project flawlessly. He was in constant communication and treated us like we were the most important project that he had going. This was not a large project (kitchen redo, new lighting, bathroom, paint, flooring, baseboards and doors) but they got to work and were awesome. We made some changes as the project went on and they didn't mind one bit. They tooks those changes and ran with them.
From the start of the project to the finish all of the employees and subcontractors treated our home like it was their own.
We will be referring Frame BD to all of our neighbors. Call them. You wont regret it.
Saul and his team are the absolute best! So easy to work with, prompt and clear communication, and they delivered the most incredibly beautiful dance floor for our wedding. We dodged a bullet and ended up with a great tub-to-shower conversion by CalBath!
Our original plan was to go with the installers at Costco. We figured we would get a reliable company and a great price. What we got was a very expensive quote and a high pressure presentation to sign on the spot. We don't do that and it saved us this time. A few days later, our salesperson sent me a note that the company was closing down. Checking the news, I saw that many people were stuck trying to get refunds for deposits on their jobs. Even with Costco guarantees, those customers dealt with a lot of pain.
We decided that visiting a showroom so that we could see the options and colors in a realistic setting made sense. There were not many options, but we found that CalBath had a site near OC Airport. We made an appointment to stop by and that made a huge difference for us to understand what our project would look like!
After the showroom visit, CalBath came to our house to measure and confirm the project details. Our quote was significantly LOWER than our Costco vendor quote. It was still more than I originally expected, but I did my research and confirmed that it was a competitive rate.
What's more important to us than price is the people doing the work and the quality of the end result. Everyone from CalBath was polite and professional. They went out of their way to keep our house as clean as possible and warned us when it would get noisy (I work from home). The owner (Dan) came by several times to check on the job and took the time to explain the status and next steps each time.
We had issues with our flooring contractor during the job which meant that we had a gap between our current tiles and the shower opening. The CalBath team helped us with a temporary solution for that gap while we select our new flooring contractor to re-do the floor as needed. That was a great show of flexibility and helpfulness on the part of CalBath.
It turned out that we had a leak with our old bathroom drain. It was small enough that we had no idea, but over time it would have continued to get worse. CalBath found this and corrected the issue as part of the install at no extra cost to us. How often does a company avoid the chance to get more money with a change order? That was a great sign of integrity.
I took my time to write this review because I wanted to make sure we had over a month of using the shower first. We had a couple of questions after the install. The CalBath team took our calls and helped us understand our options. They even ordered us a non-slip mat for the floor when we were concerned that it seemed a bit slippery still.
Overall, I highly recommend CalBath if you want a professional job done at a fair price.

Ryan came to our place in Santa Ana and did the free termite inspection they offer. He did find termites. He gave us what we thought was a very fair price to perform the termite treatment right there and then. It didn't make sense to delay, so we were glad to get it done the same day! They sent us a written report by email the next day. highly recommend this termite company
We had a wonderful experience with Brite Turf. Jonathan arrived on time and got to working on our full service request right away. Using the magnet sweep, he found 9 nails that our roofers left behind. The deep clean and disinfection left our turf looking and smelling brand new. Now, we have peace of mind bringing home our new puppy to enjoy the backyard.
Michael was an excellent collaboration for our family- he did precisely what we expected with remodeling our entire outdoor space. The craftsmanship was great but what really made the project enjoyable was Empires attitude overall. Obstacles of course, appeared but the execution was the difference. Would highly recommend working with them.

Estela checked me in and guided me on what to eat during recovery, and Brea was very nice and professional when cleaning my teeth on my second visit. Dr. Tran, assisted by HP, performed the surgery, and it went smoothly. 5 days later, I’m healing well and grateful for their professionalism and care.

I had sciatica and low back pain after pulling a muscle when my toddler was 1 year old. When I became pregnant for the second time, I was worried these issues would flare up. I was referred to Dr. Lisa through a good friend, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This was by far the most thorough and comprehensive evaluation I’ve ever had at a chiropractic office. Definitely five stars. I was experiencing extreme muscle tightness in my back and neck on the whole right side. Dr Pierce did both accupuncture and stim treatment and I instantly felt everything loosen up and I got my range of motion back the same afternoon. I've also gone here over the years for chiropractic adjustments too. Would highly recommend OC Well Studio if you are experiencing any back and/or neck issues. Whenever I've had an issue with my back or neck over the years, this place has helped to get my body back on track.

They cared for my boy with such steadfast dedication and also managed to somehow find time to comfort his very anxious hooman mom. If they had not acted as quickly as they did to move forward with surgery, my pup could have suffered a rupture that would have taken him from me.

She is the absolute best! So patient with our dog and she took her time to get to know me and my pup prior to the grooming. We thought we had an impossible dog to groom because that is what almost every groomer has told us. Turns out, this is not true and Tiffy was able to groom him perfectly during the first visit. I have been going to YogaSix for 2 years now and I have consistently had a great experience. I first discovered them through ClassPass while I was exploring Yoga studios in the area and I liked their vibe, classes, and instructors. I eventually decided to get a membership since I really enjoyed practicing at the Studio. They have a great variety of classes ranging from traditional yoga flow, to meditations, to sculpt classes and I felt that I would be able to use find a class that met my needs on any day/time.
The owner, Georgia is warm, friendly, and approachable, and takes the time to remember faces and names which is incredible and really elevates the experience at the studio. All the instructors are very talented, with their own unique style and personality. The instructors also take the time to say hello to new and continuing yoga students, answer questions after class, and help improve poses/alignment during class. During the classes they explain the poses clearly and offer modifications as needed so that everyone can participate at their own comfort and level. Not all studios have this kind of hands-on and personable approach, which makes this studio a rare gem.
I feel that my overall health has improved as a direct result of practicing yoga at this studio in particular. I recommend a membership or trying out a class to anyone in the community. I certainly feel more clarity and a higher level of fitness than I did when I first started. Thank you!
A side note: The location of this studio is perfect as you can go to the grocery store, UPS, or Starbucks after or before. I found this extremely helpful on busy days when I had a long list of work/errands, but wanted to squeeze in a yoga session. There is also lots of parking.
Ekam has done an outstanding job curating a beautiful space while not neglecting the importance of high quality teachers. If you truly appreciate the asana and pranayama aspects of yoga, I dont think you’ll find a better studio.
Be warned: This place will spoil you.
Other yoga classes may feel disappointing once you come here regularly.
If you get a chance, I highly recommend any class with the following teachers: Huma, Shannon, Jennifer, Athena, Naomi, Sara, or Billy. You aren’t going to find another studio around that has this many incredible teachers to choose from. I’m sure there are other good instructors here, but I can personally verify these ones are all top notch. 💯

Midway Reflection: Great 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brynn Yniguez
I’m currently halfway through the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brynn Yniguez at True Flow Yoga. I had been self-learning yoga for over 10 years on my own before joining.
The practice has been relatively easy for me, but I’ve gained so much from the systematic sequencing and learning the original Sanskrit names with their deeper philosophical explanations. For the first time, I truly understand the “why” behind the poses and why yoga brings so many benefits — stress relief, better sleep, strength, and even anti-aging effects.
Brynn is an excellent, patient teacher, and the group has a warm, supportive atmosphere.
I’m grateful for the experience so far and looking forward to the second half. Highly recommended if you have a solid self-practice and want to go deeper!

Her tone of voice came with ease and love. She gave amazing hands on assists to deepen into the poses. While also she taught the sequence with precise cues & confidence. CorePower Yoga Newport Beach is truly one of my favorite places. It’s conveniently located in Fashion Island, very close to my home, and the studio offers so much more than just yoga. They have an incredible variety of classes, with sessions happening almost every hour and classes available every single day.
The instructors are amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and motivating. Shab, Ames, Jen, Ryan, Tory, and the whole team make every class enjoyable and uplifting. The price is absolutely worth it, especially because you can take as many classes as you want each day. Plus, they offer a free week before you commit, which is a great way to try everything out.

I absolutely love LiveMetta’s small class sizes, and the simplicity of the studio. I especially enjoy the classes for their intentional practice of focusing on mind body connection, listening to your body, and pushing yourself to do the best you can while also being mindful of your restrictions. The instructors are wonderful and thorough in their instructions, and they pay attention to each of us during classes, gently reminding us to take any needed modifications or challenges if we are up for the spicier version of the workout routines!

Just got out of a 90 min combination massage with Demi, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten.
Nothing felt rushed, and she focused on my problem areas that I requested (neck, shoulders, tmj, etc) and actually went way over 90 minutes. It was very deep and thorough work rather than a relaxing massage, and it was exactly what I needed. I feel much looser and relaxed and can’t wait to be back.
There was also hot tea and snacks provided afterwards.
Friendly, professional, and clean atmosphere. The massage was very relaxing and reduced muscle tension!

Where to start on my experience here! Javier came highly recommended from my doula during my first pregnancy. I struggled with sciatica and other pregnancy-related aches and pains. After each prenatal massage, I felt better for WEEKS at a time. I continued to see Javier through my second pregnancy. He was actually also able to induce labor—I visited him on an early Friday afternoon. Saturday morning I woke up with contractions and baby was born a few hours later! I would have been in very bad shape both pregnancies if I didn’t have Javier’s support.
Whenever I feel physical pains, my immediate instinct is to schedule an appointment with Javier. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and calm. You walk in and sense his kind spirit and immediately feel comfortable in what would normally be a vulnerable experience. He is one of the best healthcare providers I have ever worked with—he listens intently to my concerns and suggests ways he can help, and I physically feel a tremendous difference. Seeing Javier can be considered an investment in your health and spirit, and I am always grateful and greatly respect his work and dedication to helping heal his patients. My husband also loved his massage. We get massages several times per month so I'm quite picky. I would consider driving to New Port monthly to get a massage here and I live about 90min away.
I had an outstanding experience with Kristina Levin and the entire team at OCPT Newport Beach. Although I primarily worked with Dr. Levin, I also worked with the rest of the team and felt comfortable under everyone's care. I came to OCPT for post-surgical rehab after a hip labral tear repair and FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) correction. From day one she was truly understanding of where I was physically and mentally, able to push me when needed and making adjustments where appropriate. She went above and beyond, constantly learning and bringing new exercises and approaches for us to work on. She treated my recovery like it mattered to her personally. I also have to mention the front office staff, who were consistently helpful, friendly, and made scheduling and every visit easy.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Meishan Wang-Castuera! Almost two weeks ago, I put on a very heavy backpack and felt some strange pains around my hip, into the groin, down to my knee, and on the inside of my ankle. I was traveling and tried to make the best of it, but it got worse by the day. I was vacationing at Newport Coast but couldn't sleep, sit, or walk without pain. I knew that I needed to get treatment. I thought it was nerve pain and decided to look for acupuncturists who specialized in neurology and neuropathy. Several names came up on my Google search. I called, explained my problem, and left voice messages. Within a minute of leaving Dr. Meishan Wang-Castuera a message, she called me back and gave me an appointment that afternoon. After the first treatment, I was able to sleep. What a gift! She knew exactly how to quell the pain. She arranged to see me two more times and I went home to San Diego on Sunday feeling so much better. She also prescribed and demonstrated a series of exercises to do at home. I plan to continue seeing her as needed. Even though it is a 90-minute drive, it is worth it. She is so skilled at what she does and cares so much about each patient. I feel so thankful and blessed to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone who needs healing.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee at Dr. Lee's Newport Acupuncture for several months now, and I experienced almost instantaneous relief from my very first visit. Over the years, I have consulted with countless physicians, specialists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists since my 20s due to chronic pain and significant spinal complications. I have undergone cervical spinal fusion surgery from C5-C7 with titanium instrumentation, as well as a first left rib resection surgery three years ago. In addition, I still require lumbar surgery, which I have elected to decline at this time.

Following a miscarriage and no result IVF, I came to Newport Acupuncture hoping for help. Within a couple months of the teas and regular acupuncture, I was pregnant at 42!
