“We had worked with Frame Build & Design to install a utility sink in our Laundry room and remodel our Kitchen. The kitchen remodel included new cabinets and countertops, layout changes for our pantry and microwave, new appliances, new sink and plumbing, and custom display shelf. We had interviewed about 7 other contractors for this job and we ultimately went with Frame Build & Design because we believed they had good experience with this level of work, good results, and an approachable attitude. We mainly worked with Idan for this job and he was very good about communicating with us the details of the job and was upfront about the cost of everything. He got back to us the same day or by the next day about any questions or concerns during the whole process. Idan or another foreman often came by the job site every day to check on the progress and check in on us to answer any questions. During the kitchen cabinet installation the contractors always double checked with me during the planning stages and showed examples to make absolutely sure we would be happy with the placement before they secured the cabinets. Even after all the cabinets were in, we had asked them to change the side that some of the doors opened and to add another level of shelves in one of the cabinets and they were able to make those changes quickly. They always cleaned up at the end of each workday and put up plastic curtains around the job site to keep all dust and debris away from the rest of the house. It took 4.5 weeks to complete all the work and pass all inspections. We were very happy with the timely manner everything was done and we stayed well within budget. Any additional cost was due to added work we requested after initial planning such as adding in tile backsplash to the laundry room. We are extremely happy with the results of our kitchen and would definitely work with Idan again.“

His work was wonderful the first time, so I wanted to see how it would go with his own business. I needed my pool skimmer and piping replaced, as well as the mastic around the pool redone. James came out and gave a quote immediately, then began work within a few days. The task was completed in 2 days! They worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. The crew also came back to clean up and leave the pool area neat. James communicated well throughout the whole process and made sure I understood exactly what they were going to do.
