Sai does a great job. I would definitely recommend her bleach and tone for platinum white, and purple white tones. I have never found a better salon. Super affordable too. The best in OC for sure. She offers everything from color, cuts, perms, Brazilian blowout, keratin treatment, men's haircut and color, etc. Check out Groupon for first time client specials.
