Laguna Bay Development just completed a second story deck rebuild for us a short time ago. We could not be happier and are pleased to recommend this Contractor. We had already spoken with three Contractors regarding this project when we were lucky enough to find David, the owner/Contractor from Laguna Bay Development. David is very knowledgeable and has a team of skilled team members who arrived on time, did a quality job and even cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, David’s fees are very competitive, the work was completed on time and David’s word is golden. Thank you David and Team, for an exceptional job!
