Laguna Bay Developing recently remodelled our kitchen. It was a pretty comprehensive remodel as we took apart the previous kitchen down to the studs. The team, led by Gio was extremely responsive, came up with great ideas and recommendations, and made the entire project less stressful, as it could have been. Gio was especially forthright, direct, and quick to get to the point. We felt comfortable with this team in our home that we actually took a 2-week international trip in the midst of the project and left them in charge of our home. We really enjoyed working with Laguna Bay Developing and highly recommend Gio and his team for any home improvement projects.

Where do I start. I contacted this company to do work at my shop. They contacted me back very quickly and didn't try to sell me on anything. Their assistant Andrea contacted me back And was very easy to work with and set an appointment for the owner to come out and consult before giving any pricing. When the owner arrived by the name of David he was extremely easy to work with as well. He was very informative and what made me move forward with his company was the fact that he actually talked me out of something I didn't need to do that another construction company said I would need to do and would cost me another $3000 That part sold me right there because he was honest...read full review

David and Team recently took on a challenging deck rebuild project at our home. Our home is on a hillside, and also required plans / approvals for the City. David communicated effectively and in detail throughout the process, and did a great job keeping the project on budget and schedule.The Team worked diligently through the issues we encountered, resulting in a beautiful deck that is the highlight of our property. We would recommend Laguna Bay Developing without hesitation!
