I have found that OCPT is very professional. The administrative assistants take time to schedule future appointments. There have been times I may not be able to get an appointment on the day I’m available & they are very efficient at reaching out if there has been a cancellation on a day I requested. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable. They ask questions and will adjust therapy accordingly. Kristina has been my therapist for months now. There have been times I felt like giving up, but Kristina continues to encourage me & I am so grateful I haven’t given up. Sami is also great! I’m sure the others are too. I had an outstanding experience with Kristina Levin and the entire team at OCPT Newport Beach. Although I primarily worked with Dr. Levin, I also worked with the rest of the team and felt comfortable under everyone's care. I came to OCPT for post-surgical rehab after a hip labral tear repair and FAI (femoroacetabular impingement) correction. From day one she was truly understanding of where I was physically and mentally, able to push me when needed and making adjustments where appropriate.
