Me and my wife had a great experience here! We took our English Bulldog Brutus here with a hurt foot and the team was great ! I especially want to point out Carrie who got us in quickly and helped us figure out our medical records from his primary doctor and helped ease a lot of anxiety for me and my wife out the gates. In addition, after the procedure that night Brutus was in a lot of pain and Carrie was so kind enough right before closing to help get us in contact with the doctor and get him the right medication before bedtime so he wasn't in pain throughout the night. I had a bad experience with my previous vet, so I came to this clinic on a recommendation from a friend. She has a big dog, too (an Akita), and I have a German Shepherd who is also big and friendly but can be intimidating to some people.The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Long was great with Beasty. He took the time to greet Beasty and make him feel comfortable. Beasty has had a nose infection for a few months, and I was glad that Dr. Long started him on antibiotics first instead of immediately trying to sedate him and take a biopsy.
