I had a lovely class with Dinu & the Hot Ra sequence. Though this class has its challenges, I felt held and fully supported by dear Dinu. She radiated a grounded energy, that offered much comfort. Her tone of voice came with ease and love. She gave amazing hands on assists to deepen into the poses. While also she taught the sequence with precise cues & confidence. She shared variations to soften + to find deeper expressions. If I lived closer, I’d be a regular to her class <3. Thank you Ra and thank you Dinu!
Taken many classes with Aubrey at Long Beach, but was curious about Newport so I went down there with her for a class. Love the smaller studio, strong sense of community. Made a number of friends quite quickly. Looking forward to going back!
I’ve really been loving Ra! I book through class pass and there’s been WAY more availability open lately so I can actually book before it gets full. I’m soooo grateful. The instructors I’ve been taking lately (Laurie C & Doreen M) are wonderful and bring such a peaceful energy.
