“Sergei was incredible. Came out same day and was able to repair our unit without any hassle. It is an older unit so I asked about the option of replacement. Sergei walked me through all the options without any hard sell. He just showed the issues that would need to be fixed and why, using videos and photos for evidence. I found Sergei to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had Costco come out the day before and try to push a new unit costing $26k so Sergei was a breath of fresh air!
