Top notch all around! Excellent instructors and professional team. Instructors provide challenges to make it tougher or ways to make it easy, in the correct form, all to your individual ability. Awesome communicators. Owner/Management inquires regularly with members about satisfaction with instructors and potential new offerings. They are genuinely interested in seeing members and their business succeed.

i took my first pilates class at this studio and it was great. i took a tone class with ashley and she kicked my butt! my legs were super jelly the next day. i haven't felt this sore since my days horseback riding. it's a really good workout and look forward to coming back and taking more sessions!the studio itself is in the supermarket plaza. it wasn't hard to find parking, but it's definitely a busy area. the people who work here are very sweet. i really enjoyed my first class.

I was tasked with booking a Pilates class for 6+ bridesmaid and a bride. I ended up choosing Core Reform; and from first contact to our last stretch in class, it was a seamless experience! They were communicative, gracious, accommodating, and the class was amazing.Our instructor Julia was knowledgeable, expressed direction clearly, and led us through a great class all while playing the playlist we made for the class!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 12/10 would choose this as my Pilates studio if I lived in Newport.
