Paid for 2 weeks for $24 and so far so great! Good class size, the mirrored walls and class split down the middle makes it even better! Am definitely considering unlimited per month.

I absolutely love LiveMetta’s small class sizes, and the simplicity of the studio. I especially enjoy the classes for their intentional practice of focusing on mind body connection, listening to your body, and pushing yourself to do the best you can while also being mindful of your restrictions. The instructors are wonderful and thorough in their instructions, and they pay attention to each of us during classes, gently reminding us to take any needed modifications or challenges if we are up for the spicier version of the workout routines!
