“Physical therapy took on a whole new meaning when I started here. I have been in and out of PT for years and never gave it much merit. Being told to go over there and do that for 15 minutes followed by some unsupervised exercises and a hand out of "do at home" exercises, all of which were not helpful led me to really doubt the whole profession. Then I was directed to Rising Sun, and I met Alex. He is the most knowledgeable therapist I had ever met and a teacher as well as he directed me with every move and why. He has an amazing ability to get to every painful knot and make it better. He saved me from surgery on my torn rotator cuff, and I now have full use of my arm. My future looked very bleak, with a wheelchair in my future for sure. But Alex has worked with me and showed me how I can help myself and stay strong and upright. “LC & Stabilize PT were recommended to my husband when he had spinal surgery in 2021. It was a long recovery but once he was working with LC his progress was visible. “I have several issues that require a physical therapist, under a doctor's order. My MAC consultant/tech guy highly recommended Laurie Goshe. Laurie works alone with no assistants and one patient at a time, with plenty of spacing in between to clean during these virus times. I am so impressed with her expertise, and the assessments and re-assessments as I progressed. The pain in my areas of concern have greatly improved. The exercises are customized and never routine or boring. Laurie works with injuries, soft tissue issues, massage and ultrasound when needed. She has helped with advice as simple as how to sweep a floor with good body mechanics, and getting out of bed with back issues. I have been given instructions with drawings of the exercises, so I can continue to improve at home. She is conveniently located near the Hoag hospital with plenty of parking.“

I’ll be honest this was the biggest waste of my time and money. My friend recommended me to to Adam Kristoffer and he fixed my issue in just under an hour. He worked his magic and did a deep tissue massage on the back of my left knee and the pain was gone. I will definitely start recommending him to anyone I know. The price is reasonable comparing it to the Physical Therapy which cost me $210.58 out of pocket with insurance for 3 visits.“
