I've been in the health and fitness industry for 14 years and have taken many certification. There is a high level of staff who is knowledgeable. Brandon was exceptional and detailed oriented in his teaching and professionalism. Stella was a big help to me personally getting my books in order and providing a welcoming attitude. It is costly but for the quality you are getting it is definitely worth it!“

“LC & Stabilize PT were recommended to my husband when he had spinal surgery in 2021. It was a long recovery but once he was working with LC his progress was visible. He's been pain free and has increased in range of motion far beyond what it was before surgery, even before his injury.They've expanded to offer Pilates classes and I plan on signing up ASAP.If you need to rehab your neck or back LC is the best in OC.“

She spent ample time to understand the root cause of my back pains.After that, she was extremely careful in implementing her corrective findings, ensuring that my existing issues were not aggravated further. I guess that's why my class was full of beginners and no one knew what they were doing; maybe the recurring students prefer a different instructor.“

“Instructors are welcoming to all, and go out of their way to make class a fun light-hearted space. There is a strong emphasis on building community, which I fully appreciate. I especially loved their Summer of Joy Challenge, in which donations were matched for an organization of choice, along with a donation drive. Lots of class times and styles are offered, and if that still doesn't work, classes are streamed, so you still have lots of options--there is no way you are going to miss out on a class. ;) Parking can be a little hectic, but if you ask the studio, pro-tips will be given, and you'll get a sense of how to handle timing. Management is also very responsive to any questions or concerns: they've been great with communication. Love you RA!“

“Started going to classes here for over a year now! I love it so much I come back every week. Y6hot on Thursdays are my fav since they do a different music mashup every week, so fun!The studio is clean, well kept and the staff is always so nice. It's always a pleasure coming here. :-)“
