if you are thinking of coming here DO IT! rick and TJ are the BOMB! they are super experienced and you can tell they know what they are doing! they fit me and my dad in super last minute and we got matching tattoos and are obsessed with them! it was my dads first tattoo and they were super patient and kind throughout the process. would highly highly recommend these guys and next time i'm in Newport i'll be back!

Been coming here for a long time Rick and the crew are always awesome and super professional. Today i got couple little tattoos to fill in and my larger work from here. Thanks guys for always taking care of me

Awesome guys at Balboa Tattoo. All artists are very personable and welcoming, the location is clean and tucked away. Rick tattooed me and will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you for the best experience
