Pete's honesty cost him a job.
We were contacted by the asset manager of our lender that the asphalt at the NW corner of the property had severe cracking. I contacted Pete for a quote. He called me back to say that he ran the property address through his software. He indicated that the area in question appears to be part of the alley, which is the City of Anaheim's responsibility.
I placed a request via the public work's webpage for repair. They came out and did the job on September 8th and it cost us nothing.
