Had a great experience with Rodrigo who went above and beyond to get my sink fixed. Price was reasonable and service was quick. Most of all I appreciated his kindness as I was having a tough week and sink issues didn't make it any better. Thank yoh so much Rodrigo and the Roto team for excellent service!
If you can choose your tech I'd highly recommend Adrian Vasquez. Highly knowledge for his age and very positively motivated on this trait. He helped unclog a kitchen drain in a very professional way. Definitely will be contacting Roto Rooter for further services and will be asking for Adrian
I was told this job would take half the day, to my disappointment it took only 3 hours. I will grudgingly have to give this team and their team members that helped me today with my emergency water leak 5 stars.
