Zero stars need to be added just for this company. So unprofessional of Home Depot to hire a more unprofessional company! Been dealing with them for a month and the problem still not fixed. Don’t buy from Home Depot. This company never calls back lies about the work, he doesn’t even pick up the calls from Home Depot! So disappointed!
Technician answered my call promptly and scheduled a time to connect my gas burning dryer. he showed up on time and I found him friendly and efficient. He even gave me a discount due to my age. I am satisfied with his work.
If it were possible to give them 0 stars I'll do it very unprofessional they don't care about costumers time they call me twice to schedule an appointment and they never show up. TWICE NO CALL NO SHOW and on top of that they called home depot and told them that they already came and installed the parts unbelievable
