Great service and awesome company. Very friendly, on-time and knowledgeable. Thanks for helping us and fixing our heater. They were able to provide a same day service with no issues.
Again can't say enough about Encore Plumbing. They had to come back 5 days later due to mainline backing up again. Not only did they clear it, but providedAdditional services at no charge.Who does that? They would have been justified in asking for at least an additional hour labor at minimum. Chris and the senior tech.( forgot name) both super friendly and knowledgeable. Customer for life. Shout out to entire Team !Encore Plumbing #1.
