Encore really helped us out when our AC went down during a heat wave. Came the next morning and fixed it right up. They weren’t pushy about things we didn’t need. Our AC went out during a heat wave. I was really surprised to get a tech to come out on the same day as I called. We got an afternoon appointment and a link to see how far away the tech was in real time. Tre’von was our tech and he was quick in diagnosing the issue and getting our AC up and running again. I was expecting to be told to replace the 18 year old unit, but instead just what was needed to get it running again. This was our second time using Encore and will continue to call them again if needed.Service: HVAC system repair
Chris was an amazing technician. He provided me with information as he worked through the process. He provided me with “options” for repairing or replacing the unit. He was very patient and kind. I’m extremely satisfied with his turnaround time and his professionalism. I would use these guys for any future job!
