I have had the pleasure of seeing Heather for about three months now. She has been assisting me greatly in bringing much relief to my neck and jaw. I have struggled with a tight TMJ and she happens to specialize in this area. I am greatful for her knowledge, as it isn't common to find someone who has TMJ techniques. This Pacific Pro location has the most helpful, friendliest staff and such nice facilities. Heather is so kind and knowledgeable about her work. She not only does the work to really get to the root of your pain or injury, but helps you understand what is going on as well. I’ve seen so much progress in only a few weeks after not seeing any for so long somewhere else. Thank you Pacific Pro Murrieta!!

Heather, Connor, and Grace and the rest of the staff are Amazing. Some PT I’ve done in the past was nothing more than go and stretch, do this exercise, then do that exercise. I get it - the stretching and exercise are important, but I needed hands on help. On day 1 during my intake, I let Heather know that I was there so that they could work on physical treatment - not things I could do at home. They spend time actually working on my injury with massage, cupping and muscle scraping. Then they gave me some exercises and stretches that I couldn’t do at home and after 10 years of pain, I’m starting to see a sunrise on the horizon.
