From the minute I walked in the door here the environment felt positive. Brought my daughter to get a nose piercing and Jacob was so patient with her. She always gets worked up with needles or any pain. Jacob was so clean with the piercing and kept so calm even with my daughter being anxious. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks for the great work.

Brought my 12 year old daughter to have her ears pierced after a failed attempt several years back with a piercing gun. She has very sensitive skin and we very much wanted it to be successful this time around. Jacob answered all of my questions, the procedure went great and my daughter was very happy. We were told to call or come by if any concerns arose. Two days later, we had been cleaning diligently, red bumps started appearing halfway up her ear. The piercing itself showed no signs of a reaction, called the shop. Midori answered and although we were not a client of hers, she told us to come in and she would take care of us.
