“We were able to get an appointment within 2 days to fix a leaking toilet. The tech called 30 minutes before arriving and wore socks over his shoes. He described what would be done very accurately and explained every step. He talked about all the pricing options and we came to an agreement on what would be best. He went to buy a new toilet and returned in 45 minutes and quickly installed it. We also had him service our hot water tank. Overall, great job!“
