Before finding JC, I had plumbers who did not show up or sent someone who “sort of knew” what they were doing. “8 years ago after my 12-year-old hot water heater busted open all over my garage floor, I had to buy a new water heater. I was shocked to see water coming out of my 8-year-old Rheem water heater yesterday. All I thought was, oh, no. I know this is going to be an expensive problem. I immediately went online to look for the best plumbers with great reviews. I saw another company that had a ridiculous amount of reviews, and then I saw Pipeline Plumbing and Drain Specialists right underneath them with hundreds of 5-star reviews, and the review comments were spectacular. But what got my attention was the picture of Jon. I got an immediately great vibe from him with a customer photo, went with my gut and called them. Sometimes companies with too many reviews treat you like another dollar sign. Jon answered the phone and I told him the problem. He said it sounded like I would need a new water heater. Either way, I was so worried it would burst all over my floor and I had too many things that would get ruined, so I asked how soon they could come. They were literally at my house in an hour! What? What a blessing! Jason and Jon showed up--friendly, kind, and understanding. I explained it's not even that old, and Jason proceeded to move one of my huge boxes out of the way and got on the wet ground. He literally spent half the time trying to get inside the hot water heater to see if it might be leaking from somewhere, versus them both just saying I needed a new one. Jason literally found the problem and gave me the old plastic valve and showed me it never even had Teflon on the threading, which explains why it eventually leaked. Not happy about that, but then Jason and Jon put in a new, higher quality metal valve and sealed it in there! Voila! I literally saved a lot of money because of their HONESTY! I will never use any other plumbing company now because they were SO nice. I cannot tell you how many contractors have ripped me off over the years because I'm a "woman," and women know what I mean when I say that. It's refreshing to know I have plumbers that I can call for any type of plumbing services in the future and know they will get the job done while being honest and caring about me as a permanent customer. “We had an Emergency!!! My downstairs toilet and tub were backing up and overflowing into our living room with sewage waste!I was able to stop the overflow and clean the mess but I needed someone out there Fast to diagnose what happened and fix the issue so we could use water again!These awesome guys at AMPM plumbing were not my first call, they were actually my last call because I already had two other companies that said they could get to me later that evening or even the next day. Jose the main guy at AMPM answered my phone call (not a robot answering service), heard what was going and said he can have a guy there in 30 min and he did!They quickly were able to snake the main drain line and clear the clog. But two days later it backed up again!!!! I called Jose again and it was already 5:30 PM. He immediately answered and said they are already out of the office for today but said he will come by right now for no additional charge. He was there quickly and cleared the drain again at no cost! He said he will have to send a guy out first thing the next morning to send a camera down the drain and see what is causing the problem. His guys were there early as promised and found no Majior issues so they just pressure washed my drain lines and that totally fixed any problems that was causing the blocks. I can’t thank these guys enough for understanding the urgency in my situation and helping me out greatly. They were professional, nice and super fast. He was able to locate exactly where the leak was coming from which reduced the cost, time and amount of work that needed to be done.
