“I’m giving these five stars specifically for Brody and Cesar. They came in to paint the interior of our home and truly did the best they could under the circumstances. Both were attentive, honest, and made a genuine effort to address and correct any concerns we had throughout the process.

While the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations, their level of customer service and professionalism stood out. They remained respectful, responsive, and committed to making things right, which we sincerely appreciated.

To be completely honest, they are the only reason this company is receiving any positive feedback from me. Their work ethic and attitude made a difficult situation much more manageable.

“If You are thinking of buying a manufactured home !? This is the company to do business with - from the start I was lucky to meet with Lavon (great person -very caring ) explained our situation (after loosing our home in the Airport fire ) so she explained how to go about how to get the process started so I spoke to my wife about it and we made the appointment with Lavon and started looking at all homes and companies they delt with .
After browsing thru there catalogs we decided on a Silvercrest manufactured home ,built in Carona Ca. I thought we drove Lavon crazy but she was so kind and helped us in every aspect of the purchase (what company to build the site -the company to transport the home ) it was a bit of a process but with the help from Kelly -Lavon and all others involved the process went
through well !
We are very happy with our home and would recommend Ma Williams in Hemet the company to use to purchase your home ,really -Thumbs Up to Ma Williams ,they respect their customers and bend over backwards to please you !

It was very small, but it understandably worried her. Jordan came out personally, was incredibly kind, and took the time to look at it, explain exactly what it was, and reassure her.

Even when I offered to patch it myself with a little spackle and paint, Jordan insisted they would take care of it and said he would send one of their employees out to patch it properly.

“I called after hours on a Friday night and Jesse still answered. He came out first thing Saturday morning and told us our water spot on the ceiling isn’t as bad as we thought. He checked for moisture in the flooring above and advised us to get a plumber to check things out further. He was very thorough, professional and quick to respond. “This was such a great experience and the service was great! Eduardo came over and looked at our palapa and then provided an estimate. Once we decided to proceed he told us the date that was available and we took it. The crew showed up on time and pretty much disassembled everything and rebuilt it with stronger wood. We went with a weatherproof synthetic thatch and we are glad we did. All in all the team did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend the Palapa Guy!!!“

The water had traveled to an adjoining room that had carpet and it was soaked! They were wonderful assuring us not to worry they can get our house back to original. “West Coast Mobile Home Improvement were able to help us out with supports and skirting on our mobile home. Kevin, who gave us the estimates actually went completely under the Mobile Home and took pictures of our current supports. They were deteriorating badly and we could see they needed replacement. The crew was efficient, friendly and thorough on completing the estimates Kevin had given us on the supports and the siding. They worked hard and did great work as well as cleaning up after they finished. I would recommend them highly. We received more supports than we had before and they took pics so we could see they were completed. Thanks to Kevin and the crew for improving the safety and the looks of our mobile home!“
