Great service and had my part in stock at the store! I told him what I thought the issue was (based on a YouTube video I watched) and he suggested what the problem might actually be. He was 100% correct. Saved me time and money. Thank you!

I received truly exceptional service at DIY Appliance Parts. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to help diagnose the problem instead of just trying to sell us unnecessary parts.
Our appliances were purchased back in 2008, and thanks to his expertise, we were able to identify the parts that were still working and replace only what was actually needed. He literally saved us thousands of dollars by helping us repair our appliances instead of replacing them.
His willingness to share his knowledge, explain everything clearly, and make sure we had the right parts is exactly why I will continue to do business with DIY Appliance… read full review
