“I was looking for a new place to get my haircut. I used to go to Stew's but they dropped the ball. so I went into your barber shop. (I was looking for a change) My first impression when I walked in. I accidentally left the door open and someone getting their haircut Said I need to shut the door. I did not know the door was open and your staff immediately shut the door and told him I got it. I was met right away with a barber. His name is Stace. After a short conversation with him, asurring me that he will address this. Regardless this kind of issue is not something the staff can control. Stace made me feel very comfortable and I discussed the reason I came to Murrieta town barber. He assured that he would do what I want. And he did, he went through the hair cut side to top. we also had great conversation through out the hair cut. He did a great job! I only brought up the door incident because I was ready to leave. I think Stace seen that and he took control. And made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
