My mother had a complete shower install, which, looks amazing. The work done well past the warranty, and she noticed a tiny screw head showing in the ceiling. It was very small, but it understandably worried her. Jordan came out personally, was incredibly kind, and took the time to look at it, explain exactly what it was, and reassure her.
Even when I offered to patch it myself with a little spackle and paint, Jordan insisted they would take care of it and said he would send one of their employees out to patch it properly.

Jordan will make sure he clearly understands your vision & the team will not rest until they get your build as close as possible to that vision - within the bounds of Codes & Physics. So glad I chose B.I.G. for my commercial renovation project. Jordan’s methodical, smart, determined nature drives his approach to business. Sometimes a project faces unanticipated roadblocks outside of anyone’s control.
