Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning
“Updated review: my family first used Silver Olas in 2013 when our residence in San Diego flooded and they came out and headed up the restoration and did a 5-star job. Now we live in French Valley and I was thrilled to see that they do tile cleaning in my area and that it was Jimmy himself who came out to do the cleaning.<br><br>I will say that the cleaning was considerably more expensive what we've paid the past two years we've had the tile cleaned ($800 vs $350 for about $850 sq ft of tile) but Jimmy and his helper did an extraordinarily thorough job. They were on time and polite. They put down felt blankets to protect the laminate flooring that they weren't cleaning and wall corner protectors. They used fans to dry the floor (though it gave me PTSD flashbacks from our flood restoration!), and did some sort of process to impregnate the grout with sealer, the lack of which was one of my biggest complaints with cheaper tile cleaners. He also took time at the end of the cleaning to discuss with me the best methods for keeping my large expanses of tile clean, which I very much appreciated.<br><br>I highly recommend Jimmy and Silver Olas!”
