Eric answered his phone in four rings while he was on a job. He relayed to me his availability and let me know he would contact me if he was unable to make it or running behind. He assured me he would make it out to us though. He called after he was unable to reach me via text to let me know he would be at my house around 2:30 to 2:45. He arrived at 2:35, asked questions to get to troubleshooting where the blockage was in the mainline. After showing him the front bathroom and explaining what we observed with the water running in various areas of the house he figured out the best course of action. Within seconds of inserting the auger the water flowed and the problem was solved. It is refreshing to interact with someone and feel like they are listening and taking the information you're relaying into consideration. Eric is knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. I highly recommend his services. ??

I was really in a bind when my alternator stopped working entirely, and AAA was dragging their feet. They were able to connect with me promptly, diagnose the issue, and come meet me to solve the problem - all while being transparent about their prices, time, and process. By the time a tow truck would have reached me, they were able to get my car running again. HUGE props to these guys, I’ll definitely be returning to them for any future car trouble.

Tony is the best! A couple of our dogs got into a bad fight a few years ago and after hours of trying to get the blood out of our white carpets, I called Tony. He explained the most effective way to clean it up and came to our home not once but twice to help us clean it. We are now a few years out and none of the spots have come back! I’m super impressed. Tony goes above and beyond and is PROUD of his company. I highly recommend!
Lynda and her team were phenomenal. I had a few cavities to take care of, and from start to finish, they made sure I was comfortable and pain-free. You can really tell Lynda genuinely cares about her patients. Everything went smoothly, the pricing was affordable, the office is spotless, and the views are great. We had an absolutely fantastic experience getting new heating and air installed in our home! We had no duct work or any unit and Rick and his team were able to install everything quickly and very efficiently. In less than four days the entire job was complete, Rick was flawless in his work, made no mess and was very kind and courteous. I can't say enough great things about Inland Heating & Air and Rick!
I would like to give a shout out to Carol in the Floral dept. I came in this afternoon looking for a bouquet of roses for my mother for her birthday and Carol was so kind and very attentive to my needs I could not let this opportunity go by. Carol went over and above for me today which in turn made my mother's birthday so much more special! Carol is a blessing and I will recommend her for all of our needs in the future!
