Flatout flooring rocks! We just had our entire first floor replaced with vinyl planks. Dave, one of the owners, came out to quote. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Replacing floor in a home is a HUGE expense, making it a little scary for most. I felt that Flatout flooring knew what they were doing and would take good care of us. Chuck and Ray were the team that did installation, and they were amazing! Definitely ask for them. They were both here bright and early and with a smile. They worked very hard all day, and their attention to detail was more than I could hope for. Not only did they do a great job on my flooring, but found a leak and helped me fix and repair it. They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful! I would recommend them over and over!
