“Lauren is an artist. She is wonderful, with a special gift for conversation and communication. At a different salon, 6 weeks ago I went from very long hair to a short layered cut. As it grew out I could see it was a bad cut. Lauren took the bad and made it beautiful !!! She thoroughly explained everything she needed to do and was conservative in her approach, which I appreciated. She even took time to teach me about different types of hair rollers.
