Chelsea is a highly experienced and professional colorist! She has taking my light brown, brassy hair and transformed it super dark in a sharp bob and now that it’s grown back out she did a beautiful caramel balayage. She is very knowledgeable and will give you honest advice about the color that’s best for your hair! 10/10!
